Beautiful and NEW 2 br, 2 fb home with grilling pavilion. There is a spacious upstairs loft with four bunk beds, a sitting area with a couch and tv for entertainment. There is also a video game stand alone unit for extra fun. The bunk room has a full bath with a tub. The master bedroom is downstairs with a spacious closet and tv. The master bath features a beautiful walk in full tile shower. The home has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay. The living room has comfy seating and is open concept to the kit and eat in areas. There is a nautical theme throughout home. The front porch boasts chairs for relaxing and the cottages are on a sprawing 13 acres with plenty of parking for your boat trailer. The Four Seasons Boat Dock and Marina is in the subdivision. It is approximately 1/2 mile away. The cottage has wonderful WiFi. We have the cottage next door available for friends or family to rent. This is a wonderful opportunity for family to have their own space to sleep, but enjoy time together. There is a three day booking minimum for Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Cute Cabin - Great Location

Perfect cabin for our week in TN. Fishers off- road park was a little drive, the marina and boat rentals are super close. Hiking and nature trails galore. A family of deer live on the property. Saw them eating breakfast or dinner every day.

Great Remote Getaway

Nicole and husband were super hosts and very responsive. The cabin was well appointed, clean and new. Good place for a remote, quiet weekend getaway. There’s a nice marina nearby for boaters who want to get on Center Hill Lake. Plenty of room to park your boat and trailer.

Amazing weekend

We had the best weekend at this adorable cottage. It is a perfect retreat for a small family. My daughter loved the upstairs loft and wants to come back for her birthday with friends. The cottage is much more roomy inside than you can tell by the pictires and the pavilion is a great addition .

This is hands down the BEST place our family has ever stayed at Center Hill! Nicole has done an amazing job in creating the perfect get away! First-the location can't be beat with in a quiet community close to the lake. It is as clean of a place as I've seen and you can tell the cleaners take pride in their job and especially during Covid you could tell they were taking extra precaution. The decor is cute & fresh, ample space for a family of five. It was perfect for our extended family and they said they would never stay anywhere else. Nicole was so responsive and a great communicator. You can tell she takes pride in her properties & work. We will rent again!

Perfect Cottage

The cottage was perfect for accommodating our out of town family for a weekend on the lake. The cottage was clean and and in the perfect location to Four Season Marina for launching and docking the boat. We had a nice weekend with family and friends before the return to school.

Why they chose this property

We love the lake and Smithville. The beauty of the town and the scenery of lake and surrounding areas is breathtaking. We love that we see deer on our property every time we are there. We built this home, and another, and are currently building several more on our property. We also have a huge barn that we are transforming into a wedding and event venue.

What makes this property unique

Staying at the Cottages, you are very close to the Four Seasons Marina. There is plenty of parking on property for friends and boats. It is a wonderful area with wildlife (deer) that wander the property. It is a wonderful place to relax, grill out, and enjoy Smithville.
