Turn of the century 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 bath Victorian style house in a quiet, low key neighborhood walking distance to downtown White Plains, and one mile to the train. 35 minutes to NY City.
The house is ideal for a couple, or a family with 1 or 2 children.
Available from December 15,2023 thru March 30, 2024.
Our neighborhood is a quiet one, older houses with larger lots is the norm.
The house is walking distance to a small group of shops, and about half a mile to downtown White Plains.
Minimum rental period is 2 months

Why they chose this property

The area is perfect, if you want peace, and quiet, but access to NY and the surrounding area. Train to NY city, bus service 2 blocks away to much of Westchester county, plenty of parking, a garage, whole house, huge deck and covered porch all make this a perfect spot. Thats why we've been here for a long time. Its all been updated, but retaining the character, and charm of a turn of the century Victorian style house.

The house is unique, and overflowing with character and charm.
We have been here for 38 years, and we are always updating and improving the interior and the exterior. Over one hundred years old, we love it here.
