Lakeside Retreat overlooks Encounter Lakes

Easter: minimum 4 night stay.
Long weekends: minimum 3 night stay.
This lakeside getaway has it all, 5 minute walk to the beach or step outside to swim in the lake.
Ideal location for relaxing and exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Comfortable 3 bedroom house situated on the lake at Encounter Lakes.
Sleeps 4, main bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and lake view,
2nd bedroom with double bed and
3rd bedroom with single bed. Ceiling fans in bedrooms.

Two lounge areas with TV and DVD, DVD's and games available for kids.
WIFI available.
Main family lounge overlooks the lake.
Very basic but functional kitchen with microwave.
Please support the region by eating at some of the fabulous local cafes and restaurants.

Linen provided.
BBQ and undercover entertaining area overlooks the lake and private jetty.

Please note:
Some internal cupboards and Garage locked - parking available in driveway and on street.
Strictly no animals allowed.
Security Cameras are installed outside the property.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 GUESTS (including children)

There is no fence between back door and the lake, therefore not suitable for very young children who can't swim.

PDF's (life jackets) must be worn on the lake - 6 stored in laundry, small and large.

Wonderful stay

A fantastic stay. The facilities were amazing and we found it warm and relaxing. Location was amazing. Linen was great and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Very relaxing stay

Had a lovely time here. Great to swim in the lake on a 40 degree day. Extremely clean property, spacious with heaps of DVDs, games and reading material. Short stroll to the beach and easy to communicate with the owner. Would definitely recommend this cute house.

Outstanding property

We have just returned from a very enjoyable midweek break to "Victor Harbor Getaway on the Lake" Such a beautiful location with views overlooking the lake. The home is very comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family. Hope we can return for another stay in the future.

Beautiful & relaxing get away

The house & location was spot on. We took my elderly parents as they haven't been on a short holiday for quite a while. We all absolutely enjoyed it. We couldn't fault a thing. The house was spotless inside & the view out the back, looking over the lake was beautiful.

GIRLS GETAWAY

A get away for 3 girlfriends to catch up. This property had everything and more. Throw rugs galore for the cold nights and an obundance of glasses and kitchen utensils to cater for our needs. It was so clean and well presented and we wished we stayed longer. We will be back for sure!

Great spot and super clean

We enjoyed our stay at Encounter Bay. The house was pretty much as we expected; very clean, neat and tidy. It was a lovely location with the water at our door step. Certainly recommend this spot for any type of family or friends holiday.

Lakeside Retreat

An excellent place to stay. Access to the lake was a bonus. Everything from the linen to appliances available was excellent. Could not fault one thing and Heather was extremely friendly and accommodating in all respects. Will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome Holiday House

My family and i stayed in this house over Christmas just gone. We had the most relaxing time. The house is wonderful, with so much attention to detail. You can really feel that the owners love their house and want you to love it to. There were so many things for our 5 year old to play with and many interesting books and fun DVDs for the adults to get stuck into to. My husband and son really enjoyed the paddle boat and i big highlight was the unbelievably comfortable recliner chairs!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to truly relax.

We're coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It provided enough entertainment for the kids and enough relaxation for us! The facilities were as described and the environment was beautiful in a very friendly neighbourhood. On top of this, the location is fabulous!
