Eddie was very nice and attentive to our needs. The location is fantastic for skiing, about a three block walk to the gondola. Close to everything in town. The hot tub didnt work properly during our stay, but he said he would get it fixed. Would like to see a grill added and also shampoo in the bathrooms.
If you want an A property for your Lake Tahoe stay, this is it. The accommodations are wonderful for 8-12 people---plenty of bedroom as well as living area space. Beds are comfortable; kitchen is well-stocked with necessary utensils. The location as is described in the property listing is excellent and convenient to Heavenly, the casinos, the lake, and restaurants. Having a 2nd living area and a game room in addition to the main living room is nice for those who desire "time alone" or looking for alternatives. We had a wonderful time during our family of 8 vacation!
This rental had everything we needed inside & out! Very spacious. The location was definitely a plus, we did not have to drive anywhere, all was within walking distance. My family and I had a great time, we can't wait to book again!
Our family of 5 loved the home and the location for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. The location made it easily walkable to a variety of activities. The house is lovely, furnished well, well stocked, comfortable and cozy. The fenced in yard allowed our 2 year old to explore while we enjoyed the porch. My only “complaint” is that the sprinklers were on a timer that coincides with move out time, so we had to do some ducking and dodging to avoid getting wet; not really a complaint, and made for a laugh for our family.
We only had one hiccup during our stay with a dead battery on the lock, and the owner quickly rectified with ease. The owner was a delight to work with. Thank you for the lovely stay.
We stayed at the house for a guy’s trip. We had a blast and Eddie was very accommodating. Everything was within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Definitely recommend!

The house was a perfect answer to our search for a location walkable to the lake, boating, casino, and outdoor eating. Beautiful furnishings inside and wonderful gardens and grassy areas outside. The owner Eddie was very helpful. This was our first multi-generational visit to the area. We hope to go back again and again.
This place was amazing! Walking distance to so many great restaurants and all the activities we booked for the weekend. We would stay here again ant time; highly recommend booking this place for your next visit!

Very clean home. Accommodates kids and adults. Lots of indoor amd outdoor space to relax with family. Would recommend this home to anyone with a good size group.
A massive storm came through - and we could walk to so many places it was great! Everyone was comfortable and the living space is a great place to hang out. I liked that bedrooms were upstairs and the whole downstairs is for visiting. My only knock on the rental is someone (either host or someone from his family) stopped by or called each day which made it feel less private. However, the host is very nice and they were coming to help clear snow and check on the hot tub - so was totally understandable. It doesn’t change my rating!
Beautiful house with tons of room and fantastic outdoor area. We were all so comfortable and happy with everything the house offered, which was all very much in line with the listing. The house is perfectly located within walking distance or short drive to main attractions in South Lake. Eddie is also a great host and keeps the property in too shape!

My wife and I purchased the property because of the perfect location to the casino's, entertainment, the private beach, boat rentals, fine dinning, summer recreation and winter skiing at the top of Heavenly Gondola, miniature golf, ice skating, cinemas, shops, and food market, all within walking distance.
