Accommodating up to 8 guests (max). Great for 2 small families, 3 couples or a girls weekend away. Can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and up to 4 children. Three couples is also an option.

Pricing Pricing is from $260 a night. Christmas school holidays 4 night minimum lets. Long Weekends/Special Events minimum 3 nights stay. Payment through HomeAway. Please let us know in your enquiry if you are bringing your dog. There is an additional fee of $50 per stay for your doggy guest and you must bring your own blankets/rugs to protect the furniture.

Place was very good , it has excellent air conditioning as it was very hot . Has all the services and amenities that you need. Beautiful big tree to sit under in backyard. Comfortable enough , just needs a new mattress in the first bedroom , otherwise couldn’t fault it.
Great place to stay for a family of 6 with a pet. Great location and Judith is avery accommodating host! It feels like a home away from home! Thank you for having us!We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed the stay in the property. The house is very clean and the owner put lots of efforts to provide necessary amenities for the guests. The check-in process is very smooth. The house is close to Bright town center.
An excellent stay, everything worked as needed and the manager even arranged to have the heat on and the electric blankets on ad we were arriving at 0200 in the morning.
