Trendy newly renovated in Matua
Come and enjoy our newly renovated 1950’s native timer home. There are three spacious bedrooms, a large lounge area and a recently remodeled bathroom with a double shower. This house is set back off the road and the windows are double glazed so nice and quiet. A private backyard and conservatory equipped with beanbags and an outdoor couch provide a great place to catch the all-day warm Tauranga sun. Make use of the plenty of off-street parking available.
Take delight in a short jaunt to Fergusson Park, a large park with a playground which is ideal for walks, backyard soccer and cricket games, windsurfing, jet-skiing, picnicking and BBQing and admiring the amazing views of Mount Maunganui.
Primary school 2 minute walk away with playgrounds and fields to enjoy.
Two dairies are within walking distance.
Cherrywood shops close by with Turkish, fish and chips, Chinese, a cafe, four square and restaurant.
