2 Bedroom Duplex Pool Villa A
Lovely and modern 2 bedroom Duplex Pool Villa in a quiet and peaceful location. Surrounded by nature, grass and trees, but just a short 5 minute drive by scooter or car to Bang Po. In Bang Po there is the lovely Bang Po beach, and many beach front restaurants. The area is famous for seafood restaurants at local prices.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living and dining room. Beautiful pool and great gardens.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at THB9.00 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 4 people sharing, would equate to THB100 per person per day.
