It is one of the most luxurious boutique residences in the city and offers an incredible rooftop patio featuring panoramic views of the mountains, downtown city landscape and ocean. Our suite offers a private and elegant wrap-around terrace surrounded by flowers and plants, an outdoor dining area, cozy couches, a fire pit, and a lovely garden. Our unit is bright and cheerful, with floor-to-ceiling windows on the gorgeous terrace. This peaceful space is adorned with plush furniture for relaxing, reading and entertaining. We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and a romantic dining space under a crystal chandelier. We are steps away from the best restaurants and shopping boutiques in downtown Victoria and are a 2-minute walk to the harbour.

Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)

Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete.

Parking Clearance: 2.1 meters (6'8 ft.). The car elevator allows for a maximum of 205" (17ft) or 5.2 meters. (→ Note: Trucks do not fit in the elevator parking. Most large SUVs will fit. Please send an inquiry to discuss prior to booking if uncertain.)
