Recent renovations include all new furniture and modern updated galley kitchen. Located blocks from Charlestons best restaurants, shopping & Charleston harbor. Rooms are huge with tall ceilings and antique fireplaces. Enjoy the large covered piazzas (porches) as the horse carriages pass by.

Great Location. Great Hosts.

Once you park your car, there's no need for it until departure. The location is perfect for walking to area restaurants, shops and attractions. Paul and Anna are very friendly and willing to help with anything needed.

Excellent location and hosts

Paul and Anne were great hosts, and the property is charming, extremely clean and well maintained. The location is great. A quick to the Quarter but far enough outside of it to have quiet.

Perfect Location for Charleston Sights

Property is located just a short 7 minute walk to King Street restaurants and shops. Parking on sight and no need for your car. Everything is within walking distance.

What an incredible, historical and charming home! This beautiful house was in a perfect location where we could easily walk the town. Paul was a great host and greeted us upon arrival and was gracious and accommodating in every way! We loved our stay here!

Perfect location and space

First just want to say Paul was so great with communication and above and beyond accommodating. This home was perfect and you can just see the thought and time put into it, to make it special. We felt so comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location is beyond perfect, we never needed our car and were able to walk everywhere, which was a breath of fresh air. Cant praise this special place enough. We will definitely be back :) Thank you!

Charleston Charm

My first VRBO and the host did not disappoint (even had a dish of candy from our hometown! Beautifully decorated and spacious. Enjoyed the deck space as well. Great location...everything is within walking distance so there is no need for a car. Really enjoyed the restaurant recommendations...we tried several and they were delicious!

Awesome Location

This house is in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Paul was a great host, he was very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I would stay here again.

Great for our weekend in Charleston

We had a great stay at Paul's place. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of room to spread out. The apartment was quiet and had everything we could need. Best yet, we didn't need a car and could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Paul and Anna greeted us as we got out of the car. They welcomed us to their charming home with fresh flowers, scented candles, and snacks. Even had qtips, cotton balls, and hair elastics in case you need them. Add that's it's a beautiful home, cozy furnishing, and walking distance to everything! Best experience ever!

We had planned for a very chill trip to Charleston, walking everywhere, eating good food and slowing down. This place was perfect! Accessible to all we wanted to see, very cozy beds where we slept in and read, easy hosts to communicate with and kind all around. I'd highly recommend!

Charleston French quarter

Nicely remodeled traditional Charleston multilevel home in French quarter, very eclectic inside with water themes. Conveniently located within walking distance to city market, King St and many restaurants. Parking available on-site. If in Charleston, would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what I needed!

I was in Charleston for a few days of meeting at College of Charleston. This location was perfect to walk to my meetings and downtown. Clean and comfortable.

Lovely

Lovely historic property, next to a local coffee shop and in a great location. We easily walked the city and we were near a prison ghost tour that was cool! Owners restored the apartment beautifully.
