Relaxing Rye Retreat - 350m to Beach

Set on a large block in a quiet street the house is perfectly positioned in Rye. The Rye front beach is only a short stroll away and Woolworths is less than 1km away.

The rear yard is fully fenced with a large open lawn area.

Sorry, we do not accept large dogs being brought onto our property.

The house includes:
- Split system air conditioner
- Gas heating for winter months
- 4 bedrooms, 3 inside the main house and a separate bungalow in the back garden.
- Portacot available.
- Out back there is a BBQ and 8 person outdoor table setting.
- Bathroom (with shower and bath) and separate toilet
- Ample off-street parking for 3-4 cars at the front of the house.

The bungalow has a portable evaporative cooler for summer and column oil heater for winter. There are also electric fans available for your use.

Great location

House was very clean plenty of room. Walking distance to the beach which is great on a busy day. You can just leave your car at home. Property owners are great and will help you with any questions.

Great house, close to everything, lovely host

I stayed here with my teenage children who loved the proximity to the beach and the carnival, and it was lovely to be able to enjoy a weekend with my dogs too. The house itself has everything you need making it very relaxing and the Rolf and Christine were wonderful hosts. Will definitely love to return one day.

Perfect for 3 generations. Heaps of games for all. Would love the kitchen to have a dishwasher of course. There would also be room for our pantry items if all of the cupboards weren’t so full.

Good Holiday property in good location.

We enjoyed staying there. Shops, beach eveything was only walking distance away. Main thing we felt bad was inside of the house felt smelly and was with dust , outside of house was not properly cleaned eg.all over cobwebs and bbq was not cleaned.One bunk bed was very noisy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time at the relaxing rye retreat. Photos don’t do the house justice and it was perfect for a large family group with plenty to keep the younger kids busy. Would come back and stay anytime!

Clean, roomy and very adequate for our needs

Minor building works on front porch made access to front door difficult, and we were surprised when we returned back from a day out to find more works had been undertaken in our absence. Apart from that minor inconvenience, it was very good

Great location close to beach, shopping center, hot spring.

Big and clean house. Quiet street close to everything. Surprised by so many seasoning stuff. Feel warm at even the coldest night with the powerful gas heater. Will be more popular if it includes wifi.

Clean, well maintained home. Amazing location!

We had a great stay at the property. Rolf was friendly, responsive and was a pleasure to communicate with. The home is spacious and has a wide range of amenities to accommodate all ages. And a bonus the property is within 5-10 minute walking distance to beach, park and shops.
