Beautiful place on the Lake

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Plenty of coffee, surprise snacks, washer/dryer. Deck over looks the lake with stairs right down. They thought of all the details, including wood for the fire. We definitely hope to return.

Love IT run

We rented the condo for the Love IT run group we had in the race. Location is very close to the start finish. The condo is very spacious and we love the wrap around patio. We plan to secure this same unit for 2026.

Perfect Mt Harbor condo

In the past 5 years my wife and I have stayed at many condos in the Mt Harbor community. This one was definitely one of our favorites so far. We hope to rent it again in the future.

Beautiful condo, great location!

The condo was exactly as described. The hosts were nice and accommodating. They thought of everything, we lacked nothing. The furnishings are nice and the place is very clean. We picked up groceries on our way in from Hot Springs, there are some Dollar Stores and convenience stores nearby. It was quiet and serene, just what we needed!

Relaxing Retreat

The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed spending time on the deck with the view of the lake. It was easy to walk through the back of the property down to the lakeshore. Easy access to Hot Springs if you want to spend time shopping or in the baths. Wonderful getaway!

Perfect cozy location on lake ouchita!

I can’t say enough about this precious condo. The communication was fantastic, check in and out was a breeze and the condo has everything you could possibly need on a vacation. My kids loved the game closet. The rooms were spacious and the living room was perfect for family movie night. Mountain Harbor was very friendly and convenient. We will be back again next summer!

Beautiful Home

This condo was so very nice! It has beautiful, plush furnishings, comfy beds, large bathrooms, a great kitchen, and my personal favorite, a LARGE back porch with a swing, tables and chairs, and a peaceful view of the lake. We were pleased with every aspect of this home and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very nice and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay here.

Nice condo and pictures 100% accurate. We had building to ourselves so it was super quiet. Property has tons of amenities. Communication with owners was great! Mattresses were pretty soft to us but may be preferred for some!!

Perfect Condo for Lake Ouachita

I grew up going to Lake Ouachita, and am super familiar with Mountain Harbor. This is, by far, one of the very best condo locations I’ve stayed in. The back deck has a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to pull our boat up in the cove, which made coming and going from the lake extremely convenient. The condo itself was clean, beautiful and extremely well stocked. It was a perfect place for a family lake vacation.

This property had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing time at the lake! We were able to park the boat in the cove with a short little walk (5 min) to our cabin. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we could watch the kids play in their kayaks (brought from home). The place was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of towels. Thank you for sharing your cozy little cabin, we will definitely be renting here again!

We made our anual trek to Lake Quachita for the local trail race. We’ve always stayed in one of these condos. We really liked the space and location of this one. Great back patio, and stairs down to water access. Hosts were easy to communicate with when the upstairs unit(not their place) had some issues. We would stay here again

Great stay

I really terrific property in a quiet Cove off of the big lake in town. It takes a little bit to get to hang of the roads in the area, it’s very secluded, but also very well-maintained with good lighting and good street signs. The host was very generous And prompt when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the unit, I won’t mention their names, but next time, sweetheart, read the information that states do not lock the door knob hehe, great time great day thank you, Zac

Great Condo

This rental was super clean, nice and enjoyable. We have stayed at many rentals on VRBO, this was one one of the best. It was exactly as described in the listing. I don’t think the pictures did it justice. The few times I had questions the owner answered me immediately. Will definitely stay here again. I loved to sit on the back porch, look at the water while swinging on the porch swing!
