You and your guest will completely relax in your comfortable and inviting beach getaway with all the comforts of home. This charming villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps seven with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen,and a separate dining room.
When it time to venture out, you are just a 3 minute golf ride ( golf cart included ) to the wide beach, where you will enjoy designated, private parking right at the famous beachfront Conch Cafe. Only a few blocks from your villa is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Right near by is your community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park.
After a fun day in the sun, come home to a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on your cool, Magnolia - shaded front porch while the hamburgers cook on the convenient grill. What a great place!! " Come relax! "

Nice Place to Vacation

Overall this rental was great for the price. The owner was great with communication and very friendly. The included golf cart was great. The outdoor shower was very helpful after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. There were a few things that could be improved. The bedroom that has the laundry room in it smelled incredibly moldy. We had to use room sprays and fans for the first couple of days to make the smell tolerable. The shower curtain on the smaller bathroom was molded, and parts of the ceiling above the sink chipped away and fell to the sink a couple of times. The air vent in the kitchen appeared to never have been cleaned. We actually had to take the cover off and scrub it because there was so much dust. The floors were also pretty dirty. We were told to clean them in our check out paperwork so perhaps the previous guests did not do so.

Great location ………. But …

We were visiting relatives in Surfside so we had a grand time. I was disappointed by the condition of the home. They need a very deep cleaning done to the property. Bathrooms are original and in great need of updating. I feel the price was steep for the condition including the old furnishings. The golf cart was a nice offering and the shade tree was the best selling point . A nice update and cleaning would make this home great. A nice power washing if the deck would be in order also.

Nice little place

Great getting away

We love oceanside village and are glad to come back again. The included golf cart was great and home had enough to make stay comfortable. Would be nicer to have a few extra rolls of paper towels and toiletries when arrived but otherwise great stay.

Great location and clean property

This property is located well within shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The beach is a quick golf cart ride away. I especially enjoyed the walkability of this neighborhood. This is a very family-friendly, quiet neighborhood. Property owners were very accommodating and kind.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. There were just a few minor things but the owners were very prompt and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. Vacation Rental Review

We had 8 people in total and everyone had a bed but one person. The kitchen was stocked with Cooking essentials. The outside shower was nice. Overall the home does need some updating. I would recommend a new mattress in the master bedroom. The outside storage building had some extra chairs and beach stuff to use. Overall a good experience.

The Baucom's and Barker's fell in love with Oceanside Village while vacationing years ago and have been returning here every year since. We purchased this villa together in the fall of 2016 and are anxious to share it with others. We are all close to retiring and have been traveling together for years. We are all from the Charlotte NC area but consider Oceanside Village second home.

Why they chose this property

We visited Oceanside Village for several years and always enjoyed the area. The Village is always improving existing recreational area and continually adding new ones. The area is close enough to Myrtle Beach to visit the attractions in that area but far enough away from the congestion and traffic. The villa is within 5 miles the Marsh Walk, Golf, Fishing Charters, fishing pier, flee market and many of other family activities.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you walk in the front door you feel like your at home. Everything is there for your vacation. The home is centrally located to all amenities but nestled in a quite corner of the village. The area is safe for bike riding, walking or just taking a golf cart ride through the streets or to the beach.
