Enjoy being based in the great location of Fitzroy. This 3 bedroom, pet friendly, apartment with sun-soaked balcony and car park is an easy walk to some of Melbourne's best attractions such as the Melbourne Museum plus numerous cafes and bars. It is also near galleries, theatres, major hospitals as well as some of Melbourne finest parks and of course sporting complexes.

The open planned living room, dining area and kitchen make city living a breeze. With all the modern comforts including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 burner induction stovetop and compact microwave steam oven allow you to cook up some great meals for all. There is central heating throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom, plus Air conditioning in the lounge room.

The large cosy couch is great to curl up on and watch a movie or simply lounge and read one of the many books available. There is also a European Laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer which is handy for longer stays.

Colour pop is on the 1st floor of a 3 level apartment complex, stair access only. Your dedicated car park space is located outside.

Pet Friendly On Application

Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed.We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion.

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for any time spent cleaning up pet waste on the balcony so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely.Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.

A $50 fee applies.

Key Delivery Service

We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm -6:00 pm. If you are arriving between 6:00pm - 9:00pm, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9:00pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation. Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.

Cleaning Service

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. Depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly, please contact us to discuss.

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Staysdenying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

Pretty nice location but not a great place

The proximity to the downtown area of shops and restaurants is great. Unfortunately the place is a bit deceiving based on the pictures. I'm sure three bedrooms isn't overly common in this area so that was a plus. And Michael responded quickly when we had a question. The building itself reminded my girlfriend and I of a college apartment with all the associated smells. We were there during an unusually cold time of the year and the place was absolutely freezing. The one heater on the wall of the living room was all that was permanent and was not nearly enough to heat more than that room which we were told it would. Only one of the two space heaters we were provided worked so we still were pretty coldl until Michael brought us a small second space heater. So, two of the three nights we stayed there were tough.

Fantastic location

Our group of grandchildren, mum and dad and grandparents fitted in nicely. The location meant that we didn’t have to use the kitchen as there are so many restaurants in very easy walking distance. Beds were very comfortable, always a bonus. Arrival instruction very easy to follow. All contact prior to arrival was answered very promptly and courteously. Very good property

We stayed here for 3 nights, originally intended as 4 adults and 1 baby, as we had a wedding in Collingwood. The property location was excellent, so many good spots to eat around the corner, close to Smith Street (shopping) and within walking distance to Melbourne Central/Emporium etc (took about 20 minutes with a pram). As it eventuated, my parents did not come so we were 2 adults and 1 child. This worked well as the study area does not have a door and goes off the kitchen. This would have been ok but not ideal for a cot. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, although the only cooking we did was reheating food for our daughter (too many good eating places nearby). The bathroom is a little cramped, but completely workable. There is no bath, just a shower. Some 'city noise' but nothing too bad. The carspace is such a bonus, especially compared to staying in the CBD when you would pay $25 (min) per night for parking. We will definately keep 'Colour Pop' in mind for when we return to Melbourne. It is very good.

Great location, everything you need!

We found this apartment to be excellent value for money. With two small children, it was an economical option compared with an hotel and so much better in every way. The location was excellent; great neighbourhood for strolling the streets and close to some great pubs and bars. Aldo still close to the city and walking distance to the footy!

Perfect for family trip to Melbourne

We are home again after our fabulous trip to Melbourne and our amazing stay at Colour Pop Fitzroy. I wanted to let you know how fabulous and easy the accommodation and your instructions were. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The accommodation was so handy, extremely suitable for the six of us and a perfect location for all of our weekend plans. The trams, shops and cafes all very handy and the museum was in walking distance for our 5 & 7 year old. Thanks so much – I’ll be recommending it to all my friends etc. Very warm and comfy with great bedding and heating for a family of Queenslanderd!

a fabulous girls weekend

Colour pop was a fabulous place for 5 girls to get away .The flat is right near Gertrude street and Brunswick street that has great eating and drinking venues. This place is better than a hotel in the middle of the CBD . Next time I will bring my 4 legged and husband to enjoy Colour Pop.

Great location

Fabulous location in Fitzroy, loved the area so easy to jump on a tram to other areas of Melbourne . Near great restraunts, boutique shops , cafés and pubs. Comfortable stay for a family, had all we required will be back hopefully soon.
