Family Owned Waterfront 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Fully Furnished Condo

Our condo is a private, waterfront unit with a boat dock located in Cypress Cove Marina. The condo accommodates eight guests but can & has accommodated up to twelve guests when arrangements are made. The condo has a full kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, three bedrooms & two baths. An 800 pound ice machine & charcoal grill are available for our guests to use. A large covered patio as well as a large back deck overlooking the water allows for maximum relaxation while lounging around in one of the many chairs or swings located at the property. Cypress Cove Marina has a fish cleaning station that allows for speedy cleaning of fish or ducks without having to worry about discarding carcasses. Cypress Cove Marina is a full service marina complete with fuel, ice, bait & a restaurant.

Perfect as always!

So easy to work with the owner, just a dream home to stay in. Beautiful views, ease of having the dock out front for our boat. Lots of personal amenities. This was our fourth stay here, we really enjoy the ease of it all.

Very Nice Place

This place was extremely nice and very well stocked with kitchen items. Well furnished and great location. Only 2 min boat ride to the jump where we slayed dem SPECS! Only negative I had was that there was no WIFI. For what this place cost to rent, WIFI should be included.

Stayed here for a fishing trip with my son and friends. Location is great. Property was very clean and quiet. Wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all of the amenities offered here.

Great place to stay for fishing in Venice, LA

This condo is a great place to stay if you're fishing in the Venice, LA area. It is furnished nicely and will sleep 7 people easily. Also, it has its own dock for your fishing guide to pick you up.

Offshore Fishing Trip

My group stayed 2 nights while visiting for an offshore trip. It was the perfect spot for us. The house was really nice, everything worked and it was really clean. Some beds were a little hard according to 3 of 5 guests, I got lucky and had a pretty plush mattress in the master bedroom. Our boat was docked at the marina around the corner and the boat was able to pick us up right in front of the house, which has its own dock. Both the little restaurants have pretty good food, I recommend the fried snapper throats at Crawgator’s which is about 7 minutes away at Venice Marina. Overall, we will be coming back for years to come and we plan to stay here if at all possible.

Great place! All the amities any could ask for with a dock right out the back door. Hunter is just a phone call away and will take care of you immediately. Wonderful, 10 out 10 will stay there again.

The perfect spot for a weekend fishing trip with my son

I've been fishing out of Cypress Cove for years. This is the first time I've stayed there though. I'll come back to this place time and time again. Perfect location - our guide picked us up and dropped us off at the slip out front. The kitchen is well appointed. Bedrooms clean and quiet. The owners have the unit next door, so this place gets checked in on a lot - so no big maintenance issues at all.

The Joffrion (Don, Donna & Hunter) family opened Tri-J Lodging to accommodate lodging at Unit 306 A in August, 2014. The Joffrion family members also own & operate Joffrion Construction, Inc & Joffrion Commercial, LLC specializing in residential & commercial construction in the Baton Rouge & surrounding areas in Louisiana. The Joffrions fell in love with the fishing opportunities the Gulf of Mexico had to offer a bought their first condo in the Cypress Cove Townhomes in 2005. Shortly after the purchase of the pre-construction unit, Hurricane Katrina rolled in & destroyed everything in her path. The Joffrions waited two long years for the building to be completed & happily settled into their unit in 2007.
It is their hope that every fisherman, family & group of friends can truly experience the beauty of nature & bountiful fishing & hunting adventures Louisiana has to offer.
The Joffrion family still owns their first condo, & treats it as their home away from home. They hope your stay is an incredible experience of fun, fellowship, hunting & of course fishing.
