Charming family vacation

Alain and Yvette were the best hosts we could have asked for. They made us feel right at home and were beyond gracious. Their place was lovely and convenient for the beach, the lighthouse and walks to the old city. We would be delighted to stay with them again.

Eine schöne Zeit

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Antibes verlebt. wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und du alles was ihr braucht mehr vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit unseren Vermietern war herzlich und hat unseren Urlaub abgerundet.

Excellent et irréprochable

On vient de passer une merveilleuse semaine à Antibes dans cet appartement qui en fait se trouve dans une maison privée avec son propre jardin (ou vous avez la possibilité de faire un barbecue ou passer agréablement votre temps autour de la table sous couvert d’un très grand parasol) et une place pour parquer votre véhicule. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très très calme. En même temps il vous faut juste 5 minutes pour rejoindre la plage publique de la Salice et une petite quinzaine de minutes pour aller jusqu’à la plage du Ponteil ou vous avez aussi une plage privée avec des transats et parasols à louer, resto etc. D`ailleurs les plages publiques sont très bien équipées - douches, sanitaires, nourriture et boissons. Appartement à l’etage est très confortable, très spacieux avec une grande terrasse. Meubles anciens, très décoré, beaucoup de livres. Climatisation dans chaque chambre. Rideaux électriques sur toutes les fenêtres. Très bien équipé - vous avez littéralement tout ce qu’il faut. Vous avez même l’equipement pour la plage. Et maintenant quelques mots à propos des propriétaires qui les méritent pleinement. C’est un couple extrêmement hospitalier, généreux et attentif, toujours prêts à vous aider et répondre à toutes vos questions et besoin. On ne va pas vous révéler tous les secrets de leur hospitalité mais sachez que ce sont des gens hyper sympathiques et on profite de cette occasion pour les remercier encore une fois ces magnifiques jours passés à Antibes.

Antibes un séjour bien et agréable

très bon séjour dans une propriété bien fait et agréable on est au frais avec belle terrasse tranquille à l'ombre fait peu commun pas de moustiques et il fait très frais das l'appart. ce qui n'est pas le cas dans les autres où j'ai été pendant les autre années CAO 20.07.2020

geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Die gepflegte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung belegt das komplette erste Stockwerk der Villa. Sie ist komplett mit allen erforderlichen Gegenständen eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst - es war wie zu Hause. Um das Haus herum liegt ein wunderschöner Garten., welcher mitbenutzt werden kann. Ein Parkplatz steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter, M. und Mme. Tourdes empfangen ihre Gäste herzlich und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Fahrräder werden zur Verfügung gestellt und die Vermieter geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Comfortable house with wonderful hosts

We had a chance to spend 2 weeks at the house of M and Mme Tourdes and were amazed by a stylish house and well-kept garden. Still the best thing was not the house itself but welcoming owners who were around but discreet and who were wonderful hosts for us and our little children. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt as comfortable as at home. Thank you, Yvette and Alain!

Con la mia famiglia, nella settimana dal 20 al 27 agosto 2016 siamo stati in questo splendido appartamento, rifinito in ogni dettaglio ed estremamente accurato, situato in una bellissima zona, vicinissima al mare e non lontana dal centro di Antibes e dai suoi servizi. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, ben accolti e accuditi dai gentilissimi padroni di casa che ci hanno anche messo anche a disposizione attrezzature da mare e biciclette. Ringrazio sinceramente i signori Tourdes per la splendida accoglienza e per aver contribuito a rendere indimenticabile la nostra vacanza!

Wir (Familie mit 4 Personen) haben bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Sommerurlaub (2014 + 2016) in dieser hervorragend ausgestatteten und mit persönlichen Erinnerungsstücken liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Wir haben sehr angehme Tage in Antibes verlebt, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 15 min zu erreichen, der Strand ca. 150 m entfernt. Das Frühstück konnten wir von Lavendel umgeben im Garten einnehmen, das Abendessen auf einer mit einem Ventilator ausgerüsteten Terasse. Der Vermieter Monsieur Tourdes versorgt seine Gäste mit hervorragenden Tips zur Freizeitgestaltung und Besichtigungen, mit uns hat er eine Bergtour in den Parc Mercantour unternommen. Zwei Fahrräder stehen für Ausflüge oder zum Croissant holen zur Verfügung. Mme Tourdes hat uns mit selbstgekochter Marmelade aus ihrem Garten versorgt. Wir können diese Wohnung mit der persönlichen Betreuung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wieder dorthin reisen.

un merveilleux séjour

Yvette et Alain sont des hôtes très agréables et prévenants. L'appartement situé au premier étage d'une maison de plein pied et très convivial et très bien équipé. Une terrasse extérieure permet de profiter du climat dans la quiétude du cap d'Antibes. Les plages sont à 5mns à pied, les commerces à 10mns...Le jardin est très agréable également...Nous y reviendrons.

Traumurlaub in Antibes

In der sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir gemeinsam mit unserer 19 jährigen Tochter unbeschwerte Ferientage am Cap d'Antibes verbringen dürfen. Der sehr gepflegte Garten sowie Strandutensilien und Fahrräder durften ebenfalls von uns genutzt werden. Beschreibung und Fotos des Inserates waren absolut korrekt. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir vom Gesamteindruck der Villa Maye sehr beeindruckt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war für uns ideal, der öffentliche Sandstrand mit glasklarem Wasser ist nur ein Katzensprung von der Wohnung entfernt, Antibes und Juan les Pins mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nachtleben sind in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Villa liegt in einer Wohngegend. Als Stadtmenschen haben wir die herrliche Ruhe am Tag und in der Nacht genossen. Bedanken möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bei den Vermietern, die im Erdgeschoß der Villa Maye wohnen. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.......... gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben die Villa Maye auch schon Freunden empfohlen. Ralf und Maria aus Regensburg

Great location and hosts

We spent our holidays here twice: first in June 2014 (when our baby was not one-year-old yet), then in June 2015. The surroundings are very quiet and you can walk in a few minutes to the beach, where you can find inexpensive kiosks along it. You can park your car in the yard. The apartment is on the first floor, clean and very well equipped. It is furnished with several pieces coming from the periods spent abroad by the hosts: this gives an interesting look to it. We very much enjoyed having our meals (and even doing some work) on the terrace. A part of the garden is "reserved" to the apartment and you can let your kids play there. M and Mme Tourdes are great hosts: they are very nice and warm, but they also pay attention to your privacy. They are very helpful too: last time I had forgot to mention the age of our baby and needed a bed for him; in five minutes from our arrival M Tourdes was already assembling it. Strongly suggested.

Fin semesterbostad på vackra Cap d'Antibes

Mysig och fin lägenhet i villa med trädgård i bästa läge på Cap d'Antibes. Passar perfekt för en familj med två barn. Mme och Mr Tourdes, som äger och bor i villan, är supertrevliga och har dekorerat villan med mycket kärlek och reseminnen från fjärran länder. Förutom två bra sovrum, badrum, vardagsrum/matsal och kök finns en rymlig terrass där man kan äta ute. På gården kan man också sitta, grilla, etc. Bra med luftkonditionering i alla rum och egen parkeringsplats på tomten. Från Cap d'Antibes kan man göra utflykt till Cannes, Iles Lerins, Nice, Cap Ferrat, Monaco och även ta en sväng till Italien.

Tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe und guter Ausstattung

Wir (Paar mit 3jähriger Tochter) können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und tun dies auch aktiv bei Bekannten und Arbeitskollegen. Es war für uns ein super erholsamer Urlaub: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Alle wichtigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Der große Balkon ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, super für den Abend. Der große Garten kann ohne Einschränkung mitbenutzt werden, eigener Tisch mit Stühlen ist vorhanden. Ein Weber-Grill (hohe Wertigkeit ggü. Gästen) steht zur Verfügung. Sowohl der Garten als auch die Wohnung sind top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoß und sind super nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bsp: Zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs hatten wir erwähnt, wir wollen nach Valbonne und am nächsten Tag hat uns der Vermieter eine Broschüre mit nützlichen Informationen von Valbonne mitgebracht. Der Sandstrand (ca. 1km lang und ca. 20 Meter breit) ist in ca. 5 min zu Fuß über eine Privatstraße zu erreichen. Flacher Einstieg ideal auch für Kinder. Am Strand (tägliche Pflege) sind mehrere kleine Kioske mit Snacks und Getränken. Ins Zentrum von Antibes sind es ca. 20 min zu Fuß. Die Altstadt ist sehr schön mit netten kleinen Gassen und vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert zum Einkaufen und um andere Städte (z.B. Nizza, Cannes, Menton) anzuschauen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß, ist aber sehr klein. Ein großer Carfour ist ca. 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Très belle location

Très belle prestation : logement très bien équipé, confortable, meublé et décoré avec goût. Cette location est très bien située : proche du centre et des plages, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
