This home is in a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood close to everything Farmville. Perfect for visiting Hampden Sydney College 5.9 miles, Longwood University 1.6 miles, Town of Farmville 1.5 miles (Green Front Furniture), High-Bridge Trail 1.8 miles, Hospital 2.4 miles.
Master bedroom is spacious with a large master bath with tub and shower (tub jets are turned off). The other 2 bedrooms share a full bath which is accessible from each bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. High chair in master bedroom closet.
Guests have access to entire house with exception of the basement. The main floor has 1776 sq .ft. Owners use finished basement when visiting family in the area when the property is NOT rented. This is a spacious home that welcomes you in and features cathedral ceilings, electric fireplace to curl up next to, and a deck off the kitchen.
Please...no parties or loud music as the home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home in Farmville

Came down for a weekend with the family for an ultramarathon. I've never been to such a well kept house that has such a feeling of openness with the high ceilings while also feeling so cozy. Would absolutely stay here if/when we come down again!

A family oasis

We were in town for my nephew's wedding. So close to downtown. We enjoyed eating on the back deck and some fun games at the large dining room table. The couch is amazing!

Great Getaway

Got together with some college sorority sisters for a weekend getaway. The house was perfect! The sofa was SUPER comfortable so much so I messaged the owner about where she purchased it. I would highly recommend the property!

Graduation

It was so nice to have a home away from home to stay at for our daughter’s graduation! The home is immaculate and has everything you need and more. Of course, everyone loved the couch. It was the perfect place for some of my family to watch Longwoods graduation (on the nice sized tv) as it had been moved indoors. Thank you Donna for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

We were amazed how beautiful and clean this home was! It is close to Main Street, however, you do have to drive. But you can be at Green Front within 5 minutes. This home is well laid out and furnished nicely. The host is amazing. She answered every question that I had. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely Home

We rented this house because it was close to a wedding venue (The Barn at Timber Creek). It was nice having space to decompress afterwards. The kitchen had every dish and I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee while cooking-it felt like home.

Wedding retreat

This property was perfect for our stay. We were in Farmville for our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect- close to the venue as well as all our family and friends who were staying in town. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and so well equipped. Everything we needed was there. Donna, our host, was easily reached and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to consider “home” while in Farmville for such a joyous occasion. Thank you!

Our second visit to this property was as good as the first. Everything is clean, kitchen fully equipped, bath niceties in case you forget something, beds and furniture are very comfortable. Quiet, safe and comfortable community! Will stay again!
