Relaxing family home within minutes walk to the ever popular Boomer Beach! Open plan living, dine, kitchen. Flat screen TV, DVD player, air conditioning, oil heater and ceiling fan in the living. Fully self contained kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Three bedrooms consisting of main with queen bed, ensuite with toilet, shower, vanity. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with a bunk and single bed. All bedrooms have built-in robes. Main bathroom to service the other 2 bedrooms with vanity, shower and separate bath. Laundry facilities include front loader washing machine and dryer, plus toilet off the laundry.
New large decking out the front to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Off street parking available. The yard is not fully enclosed.

Pets are not permitted. (Penalties will apply if pet policy is breached.)

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
