About this property

Ginowan-shi Foreigner house on a hill

"Foreigners' homes" built for U.S. military base personnel and their families in the 1960s.Simple square box-shaped concrete houses are often seen around bases such as Ginowan City and Kitanakagusuku Village in the central southern part of the island, and together with red-roofed old houses, they create unique Okinawan landscapes. The K-113 is a simple, high-quality American-style house.Enjoy your stay in Okinawa in a quiet residential area, a little different from a resort hotel. It is located on a hill in Ginowan City, near Naha City and Chatan. On the sunny day, the Kerama Islands can be seen on the west coast from the garden of the administration building opposite. Please relax in the lawn garden of the administration building. The room is reserved for 1LDK.The twin bedrooms have two high quality beds and can be double beds on request.
The surrounding area has easy access to Kakazu Park Park, Tropical Beach and Araha Beach, American Village, Convention Center, and both R58 and R330, and is 5 minutes to Nishihara IC.It is very accessible to all destinations including Naha city, Koza in southern and central areas, and Yanbaru.
Please contact us for golf play coordination.Pets allowed (please contact us for details)

The room is just below the approach of Futenma Airfield, especially on weekdays, with Osprey and sometimes landing of fighter jets, it is powerful. Please be assured that the houses are soundproofed.Of course it is air-conditioned.

Self check-in by key box. Please relax in the garden of the administration building. There is a pet trimming shop on the premises, and there are rare occasions. Please note.
