As described

The property was very clean. Linens were nice as well. Comfortable beds and living room area. Close to everything on Duvall street. Walkable to all areas you would want to visit in Key west. Great breakfast spot called The Cafe is just one block away as well as Cuban coffee spot. Place was quiet while we stayed there. I did bring a white noise machine which was helpful to drown out the rooster crows in the morning!Would stay again.

Beautiful condo just steps from Duval restaurants & shops!

The condo was exactly as pictured & described. My husband & I stayed at this VRBO condo for 10 days with our small dog. It felt like a second home. Nicely decorated, clean, & walkable to all things "Key West". A gated parking space (included) was a bonus (need a map to locate the entrance)! There is a small balcony in the unit that is just above outside cafes/restaurants, so there was some noise, which we expected. This is the perfect VRBO vacation spot for tourists, or a great place to stay to just relax, go fishing, golfing, shop, eat/drink or celebrate a special occasion!

Excellent location in Key West

The property is located 1/2 block off of Duval St which is amazing for getting around town. We were able to walk in either direction on Duval and see everything on our list from Sunset Pier to Southernmost point. The property is the perfect size for 4 people and ultra clean. The furniture and decor is very nice and up to date. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking though we ate out. I would highly recommend this location for a visit to KW.

Finding how to get to entrance of location

The stay was very nice. The room was clean and the location was good for events shopping and within walking distance of restaurants. Just when we were trying to find the location upon arrival, when you are in front of the building and it says you have reached your destination you don’t know to go around to the back of the Building. We enjoyed our first trip to Key West. Thank you for the experience.

Just Off Duval

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s centrally located where you can walk to just about everything. The unit was nice and served its purpose. If you want to cook plan to bring a skillet and some of your favorite cooking utensils. What’s provided is a challenge. There is a restaurant next to the unit making the bedroom closest to it a bit noisy with talking and the occasional dumping off glass bottles in the 2AM hour. If you can tolerate a little noise this place is perfect for a short stay. I had many concerns about the parking space. It is tight but we managed to fit our Yukon and rented a golf cart to get around. Parking in the lots can be $45 for 10 hours, one lot a couple streets away was $15 a day but plan on paying for parking every where you go. Overall it was very enjoyable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel to key west every 6 months and we always try to stay at least overlooking Duval. Obviously the further north the better. This was our first time staying at this location as we were in need for a 2nd bedroom this trip. The condo was clean and efficient. Kitchen and living room were nice. The only issue we experienced were the beds. The beds were extremely noisy and the frames had wheels on the bottom so even the basic of bed activities created alot of noise and would even move the beds across the floor. The mattresses were comfortable, it's just when you're on vacation especially in Key West you're going to use the beds. Overall it's a good place with a great location. The people responsible just need to upgrade the bed frames.

Last minute trip to Key West

This property was in walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It came with a small parking space, which was a bonus for Duval St. We drove a Ford Mustang and had trouble getting out of the doors when parked. We learned to unload before driving in to the spot. The pillows in the bedrooms need to be replaced. Most of them are completely flat and uncomfortable. Other than the pillows, we didn't have any other complaints.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for our last minute week-long getaway. Having a kitchen was perfect for packing lunches for the beach, fishing, early morning coffee and late night drinks! We had plenty of room. The designated parking was an added bonus when we decided to rent a car. Parking is tight in Key West and we always had our spot. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again.

The Cuban Coffee Queen is just steps away and has the most delicious breakfast sandwich ever! The unit has ample space for a couple and a small gated parking area. Our truck was almost too large to park but we made it work. We were in an end unit. The check in and departure process was seamless and management was always accessible in case there were any issues. We had none. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well stocked. We wanted location, parking on site, and pet friendly. This unit had all three.

Hidden Gem!

The apartment was,clean comfortable and well maintained.Great little hidden gem in the heart of Duval.Close to everything we wanted to do with great restaurants and coffee shops just feet away!!Not to mention a charming neighborhood cat to greet us everyday.Looking forward to coming back!

Great place and even better location

This apartment was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The place was super clean and right in the heart of downtown! It was nice that the balcony was just off of Duval so it was a quiet at night. The property manager was very pleasant and always answered every question promptly. Would definitely stay here again next time in town. Perfect for 2 couples.
