In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 7, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental has three bedrooms, access to a seasonal community pool, and is about a 4-minute walk to the beach.
This free-standing cottage has parking for 2 vehicles underneath. Walk into the open living area and be greeted by gorgeous hardwood floors. The living area has 2 sofas, chairs, and a built-in entertainment center with a mounted TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation. The dining table seats six and is a great place to enjoy meals together. The glass sliding doors in the living area lead out to a gracious-sized screened porch with a table, chairs for six, and a ceiling fan. There is also a deck with a gas grill, table and chairs for four, and a comfortable hammock. A large laundry room completes the common areas of the cottage.
In the primary suite, there is a king bed, wall-mounted TV with cable, access to the deck, and a private bathroom with a glass door shower. Two remaining bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin over full bunk, share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
