Each of the 3 bedrooms include ceiling fans and NEW large wall mounted FLAT SCREEN TV'S. separate utility room with fullsize washer and dryer along with wash basin. master suite includes and huge walk in closet and full size master bathroom with separate vanities, soaking tub and oversized shower. 2 bicycles, 4 beach chairs and a umbrella are also available for your use

Nice home close to beach

This home is well maintained in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach, 3 min drive or short bike ride. It is as good as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

2nd time here. Mattresses and pillows are in need of being replaced. Could use some beach towels to go along with the chairs & coolers. Kitchen needs glasses, pans. It’s a struggle to cook here. Scott is very helpful when we call or text about anything.

Beautiful home! Great communication with host! Wonderful to have bicycles and beach chairs/umbrella. We found Lowdermilk beach and love it. It had parking, restrooms and a food and drink restaurant.

A Perfect Family Getaway - Twice as Nice at Scott’s!

For the second time, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Scott’s exquisite rental home, and it’s clear why we returned. Nestled in an ideal location within a fantastic neighborhood, the property is just a short drive from the beach, making it perfect for those who cherish ocean breezes and sandy toes. The home itself is tastefully decorated and maintained in excellent condition, equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Really nice house in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay including the free beach pass. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for our use. Location is excellent. The home is exactly as listed. We would be happy to stay again.

This is a great family property. Fun for my entire family. (from 2 to 77) The only disappointment was that the grill was rusted out so we did not use it but no big deal. We would rent the house again.

Lovely very comfortable house

The house is much larger than we realised from the online images, which was a nice surprise and very well equipped. Lovely comfortable beds and sofas! Lots of wardrobe and hanging space which is a dream versus the UK! Good quality equipment in the kitchen and outside grill is an added bonus. Inside and outside are very clean and well-maintained. Not a huge amount of space for sunbathing, but the beach is very close by and the pool and hot tub are very nice. Large outdoor dining table at the back, in a very private enclosed garden. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and well located to access all that Naples has to offer in the surrounding area. We did have a couple of issues but the owner was very quick to respond, with good communication and did his utmost to resolve. Lovely holiday home.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this house. We had everything that we could possibly have needed. The pool, hot tub, patio, and grill were great features to us. Great proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We were able to go to the beach, and then come back to the house to go poolside and cook out, or get cleaned up to go out for dinner. The house was clean and spacious. It was everything that we wanted. We enjoyed staying here and will back in touch about future visits.

We had a wonderful month staying at this property. It provided everything we wanted for our stay. We noted a few small issues, contacted the owner he sent someone to rectify the issues right away. Our only comment would be it might be time to update the mattresses and the bedding. Lanai and pool are lovely, location is excellent.

Affordable relaxation and beauty.

Easy communication, to boast a wonderful home nestled within a small neighborhood in a big city. Relaxing, covered and hidden spa and pool. Full kitchen with most amenities one would need. Access to bicycles, which honestly I enjoyed more than I thought I would. Quick access to the beach and park. Quick access to a small bar and groceries. Soft beds, little to soft for me but thats biased along with toilet space. I had a great stay, we all enjoyed it.
