Catering for 1-3 people, duplex apartment with private outdoor courtyard has 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds. Ideal for travelling business people, the single traveller or small groups wanting to use Mudgee as a base to explore and discover surrounding wineries, villages, national parks, golf courses.... or attend one of the many events/festivals held throughout the year. Nothing flash but with all modern conveniences apartment gives you a relaxing atmosphere to soak up your Mudgee experiences-you may even find that you will have to come back for more!!. Autumn and Spring are the best times to visit but each season has plenty to offer. 5 mins by car to CBD, 30 minute walk, 15min bike ride. Mudgee Common Reserve( mountains that nestle Mudgee) is within a 7 minute walk and is ideal for bush walking , mountain biking or birdwatching and Putta Bucca Reserve is a 5 minute drive and is full of birdlife with hides.

Absolutely wonderful. The unit is clean and tidy, set up with everything you'd need. Location is great, quiet street. Communication with the manager was fantastic. I honestly cant fault anything. I'd rate it higher if i could!

Stayed at Hardy on Bellevue on 22nd February and was very satisfied with accomodation. Very clean property with all the expected amenities at my disposal. Communication with the host was very easy and replies always prompt. As there was no other guests at the time, early arrival and late check out was offered which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this property.

Great unit in a quiet location close enough to the city centre but on the out skirts so it quiet. The unit is well appointed nice backyard big enough to be able to sit out there and enjoy the area overall a lovely place to stay recommended

Clean, plenty of room, comfy new lounge, lovely courtyard garden. Tea, coffee and milk were provided. In the opening add it states, Queen bedroom 1, 1 bed, Queen bedroom 2, 2 beds, I misunderstood and thought there was a queen bed, in the description it clearly states 3 single beds. Otherwise, very comfortable. You cannot push the beds together as the furniture is bolted to the wall. The house is in a nice street, 5 min drive to town The host, Sharon was wonderful.

This was an amazing place to stay. Plenty of room and super clean. Check in was easy and Sharon was so accommodating to let me into the property early. If I am ever back in Mudgee, I will definitely be staying here!

Bang for buck
A nice place in a quiet area short drive into the towns centre. Sharon is extremely accomodating, and is easy to contact if any issues. There are lots of amenities available on the property, with easy instructions on how to use them. I really like having a full kitchen available as I was away for study/work and able to prepare my own meals.

Golf week
Location was central to my needs. Court yard provides a perfect location for morning breakfast. Bed just a little small for a tall guy. Overall quite pleased.
