Surrounded by beautiful gardens and native gum trees, if you spend some time in the fully fenced yard, you might be lucky enough to spot the koalas that like to visit here. And why wouldn't you want to be outside with this huge covered outdoor entertainment and BBQ area on offer?
Located in the sought-after surf side of town, this family beach home with lots of funky touches will please many Rest Ashored
Through the front door, you walk into the first of three living spaces, with an open plan kitchen/dining, it is a perfect space for the family to enjoy a meal together. There is also plenty of room for the kids to branch out and chill in their own living room, while the adults relax and enjoy a wine in front of the wood fire in the living room at the rear of the property. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a split system for year-round comfort. The remaining bedrooms contain another Queen in one bedroom, and two sets of single bunks in the other.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, double door oven and dining for up to 8 guests.
There is one bathroom at the property with a shower, and a separate toilet for convenience.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.
