Great place, great location and well priced. Will definitely go back again. Just a bit of updating required and a few cupboard handles need to be fixed, but otherwise enjoyable few days spent. Thank you.
The Townhouse was lovely, very well equipped with every thing we needed it was in a lovely area as we could see the marina from our front door ,had to watch our young children as it got quite busy with the cars coming and going, l slept in a single bed that left me feeling sore because of the springs in the bed ,but overall it was a lovely place, we had trouble with having hot water and couldn’t all have showers or use dishwasher but that’s being fixed so not the owners fault l think it just had to happen the week we were there ,we all loved the townhouse and we had lots of space l would stay there again so thank you.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Check-in
Would not recommend with young children.
Lovely surrounds with good restaurant nearby. Bedrooms far too light at night, need blackout curtains as the place is in a very well lit area. Squeaky uncomfortable bed x1. Only one aircon control working. Loud aircon. Uncomfortable couches.
Good supply of games and videos. Overall an uncomfortable stay
We had 11 people in this home very comfortable
Location friendly and cost effective
Very easy to access keys and communication with owners
Will definitely be back

Reasonable for the price
The location is great and the price is good. The stay was painful. The mattresses were so cheap that everyone had back pain and couldn’t sleep well. The common bathroom couldn’t be locked from inside. The television requires an upgrade. Overall it was Okay.

Average considering other accommodation
Kids were looking forward to kayaking but one Kayak had a hole and has been patched with tape - this was too risky to use.
Games room not as advertised and portrayed in pics.
Washing line is a hazard as you walk out the back. If not cautious it could cause someone a severe injury.
Gas bottle was empty on arrival - couldn’t bbq as planned, but a replacement unit was provided the following day.
Lot of dvd’s to select, however as a family with children, some were most inappropriate.
Sliding door runners are needing replacing as the door was extremely difficult and heavy to operate. This resulted in a latch breaking and unfortunately for our account - rather unfair I would think.
Some coffee cups were dirty on arrival - the dishwasher did not clean them properly but were just packed away.
Advertised to sleep 10 but only seating in lounge for 5.
A huge positive was the bar and bistro at the marina.
For what we paid - way off compared to what we have experienced elsewhere.

Great location and lovely home.
Property was well equipped and any queries dealt with efficiently and quickly.location was superb being generally quiet and close enough to drive into town for dinner etc.would definitely stay again. Only problem encountered was the entry door. It seems sliding door needs new runners and maybe locking mechanism.,struggled to gain entry into door and needed a strong person to negotiate it. Otherwise great. Julie

Great place to stay and relax!
We loved this place- we had plenty of room and enjoyed ourselves so much! The views were beautiful, close walk to watch the sunset and general views from the area were amazing. We loved the big kitchen and having the games room. A great variety of movies and games to keep everyone entertained. It was the perfect place to relax and have a weekend away!

perfect house in lovely location
just back from long weekend at this property. Was very impressed with the size of it there were 11 of us and it was more than big enough. the futsal table and board games were perfect. In a great location and although not right in town centre was more than close enough. A very clean, large property ideal for two families or a group and excellent value for money.

Spacious Townhouse
Four of us stayed here for a weekend over the April school holidays.
The unit was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. More detail could have been paid to wiping of TV and dusting surfaces etc.
This unit would comfortably sleep 10 people but be aware that there is only comfortable seating in the lounge area for four people.
Drizzly weather meant we had to spend a lot of time inside so having the Soccer Table, Air Hockey Table and board games was great.
The unit is located on the actual Marina with a restaurant next door so there is constant traffic and people walking past. This wasn't a problem for us but if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is not the place for you.
A suggestion for the owners would be a table and chairs out the front of the unit to take advantage of the lovely Marina views and to watch the world go by. (There is a table and chairs in the small court yard out the back but it is uncovered and doesn't offer any views.)
The unit is walking distance from the beach but unfortunately there is ongoing beach works and so there was no access to the waterfront during our stay. Busselton is a 10-15 min drive away.
All in all a nice unit that suited our needs for the weekend.
