St Andrews Cottage - Holiday House

This two bedroom house, St Andrews Cottage, comprises a main bedroom with queen size bed, the second bedroom with king bed that can be split into two singles, bathroom with shower, toilet, laundry, kitchen with full cooking facilities and dining area, and lounge / sitting room. There is a large rear deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ to allow you to take advantage of summer weather.

Doonas, sheets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided on each bed. We also provide a set of towels for each guest.

The rental does not include provision of food or servicing during your stay.

Locality

St Andrews Cottage is within easy walking distance of the quiet Ventnor beach.

It is also conveniently located between Cowes, the famous Penguin Parade and the Phillip Island Motor Racing Circuit being less than 10km from each of those.

Ventnor is a quite village, away from the crowds of Cowes during the main summer months and during major events at the track but within easy reach of everything the Island has to offer.

Very comfortable

This is an older style cottage but very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with a lovely outside area. Its about a10 minute walk to the fabulous Ventnor dog beach.Highly recommend

Perfect holiday

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful cottage in a quiet area, 10 min walk to the beach. Our toy poodle loved spacious closed backyard and pet friendly beach nearby.

Great place

Loved our stay here. I stayed with my sister and mum and my 3 small dogs. We had a lovely time. The outside yard and decking were great for us the my dogs. The inside was very clean, it was easy to get to, and close to Cowes when we went into town. The closeness to the beach was amazing as well. Would definitely be coming back.

St Andrews beach cottage

This cottage was extremely clean. 5 stars. The cottage was charming and cozy. Huge backyard and lovely covered deck . Our dogs loved the yard. So close to the beach, so we could take the dogs swimming every day. Weather was perfect. Neighbours very friendly and told us about thebest local coffee shop and butcher.

Comfortable, quiet and great location

Clean and comfortable home with a great backyard. It was handy having a kitchen with everything we needed to make our own meals. The neighbourhood is really quiet, there’s a great beach within easy walking distance and it was also great to be able to walk to The Store for coffees. We’d happily come back another time.

Weekend away in Ventnor

We had a lovely time staying at St Andrews cottage. The place is perfect situated in Ventnor, an easy walk to the beach and walking tracks in Ventnor common. The house is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely stay again.

Fabulous

I road trip a lot. I've stayed in so many places, so many houses, and this house would have to be one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It's comfortable, cosy and in a wonderful location. 😊 The recliners are awesome!!

At Andrews Cottage

Cleanest rental I have stayed in! The dogs loved the secure garden and the off leash beach just a short walk-heaven. The cottage is very basically equipped but fine for us. Everything was clean and tidy and no clutter. Hopefully we will return soon-thank you Heather and Dieter
