Why they chose this property
I bought this property because I love the view. This place has a lot of amenities including heated pools, tennis and basketball courts and even a small movie theater. Closest beach is Jaco, just 1.4 hrs away and you can go and come back within same day. You'll love it as well!
What makes this property unique
The beach is just 1.4 hrs away and you can even get to Manuel Antonio in just 2.15 hrs. You can go and come back within the same day and at the end just jump into the heated pool to relax. San jose is just 15 minutes away and if you don't like the rush of the city you can just watch it from the balcony, play some tennis or go to the Gym to pump some Iron. SJO International airport is just a 20 min ride. Paseo las Flores Shopping mall is just 0.3 miles from the condo. There you, you can find bars, restaurants and all you need.
I mean, you are close to everything and with all the amenities underneath of you and if we are missing something we'll be available for you to make sure you can have it.
