Charming Adirondack Lake Home- Private Beach
Private guesthouse on Brant Lake, less than 10 minute drive from I-87. 30 minutes to Gore Mountain, Great Escape, pumpkin/apple picking, Lake George Village and many more fall/winter favorites!
Home is equipped with 6 beds, easily accommodating a crew of up to 9 people. King bedroom is on the main level, while the larger bedroom is on the 3rd floor equipped with an additional 6 beds and an additional TV.
The beach is private to the property, equipped with chairs, fire pit and kayaks. Dock can accommodate a boat of up to 18ft, with a launch less than a 5 minute drive away. In the winter a popular ice fishing spot directly in front of the house.
The home is above the garage which is open for use of any ski/boating/fishing equipment.
House has both air and heat. We provide blankets and towels for both the beach and bath. You must bring your own sheets or we can provide for $15 per bed.
Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Let us know if you have any specific questions!
