Beautiful, well kept property. Home is very comfortable and stocked in kitchen! Easy drive into Canton and under an hour to Tyler. The host is awesome to work with! Very nice, and highly recommend!!
The home was absolutely beautiful and amazing. Quiet and peaceful nothing to hear but birds and cows and that was great. The home had everything you need. However we did notice the lack of ticks and poison ivey for which we would gladly donate, lolz.
We will definitely stay again next time we go to Trade Days.
It was also a quiet place to do some recording for which I did out front in the sunflowers, video coming soon.
We loved it.
The property is a charming house with a very relaxing front porch. It is fully equipped; the best we have ever rented. Looked like they just walked out of their home before we walked in. Was also very clean. Had several communications with the host and she was very responsive. We recommend it and would definitely rent again.
I took my daughter and daughters-in-law on a trip to First Monday Trade days. This property is in the most serene location out in the country which is what we wanted. Sitting on the front porch, drinking our morning coffee and listening to the birds sing was amazing. There were also deer grazing when we arrived. The home is very clean! A nice bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Depending on the reason for your trip, it is important to note that there is no wifi available unless you have a hot spot on your phone which I had so it all worked out as one of us had a small amount of work to do that required the internet while we were there. If you are looking for a peaceful get-a-way, this is the place. Loved it!
Beautiful country setting. Trees and flowers were blooming and beautiful. House was very roomy, clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have Wifi.
This was our second visit to this property, and everything was perfect once again. The house is extremely well stocked, impeccably clean, and a perfect place for us to get away and relax together. Owner is easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions. We will definitely be back!
Communications with our very organized property owner made access and egress very easy. Jennifer's VRBO is as promised and above. Her added touches of chilled water, chilled bottle of wine, and simple snacks were a welcome touch. Yes, if in the area, we will stay there again. Highly recommend it.
This house is amazing! We saw deer, coyote and opossum. House is very clean, beds are great. The drive to first mondays is very easy and not to far. Jennifer is so very nice. She let us check in early so we could start shopping. There was a very nice snack basket and bottle of wine waiting on us. Would recommend this house. We Would love to stay here again.
We had a great time relaxing and laughing at this house. It was welcoming and clean. We especially enjoyed the sweet and thoughtful touches, such as water bottles, snacks, muffins. and wine with chilled glasses. We would go again.
We really enjoyed staying here and hope to rent it again. The house was really nice and the beds were comfortable. They had a big dining table to play cards on and snacks for the guests. It’s was perfect!
Very homey. Quiet, tranquil property. Snacks and wine were very much appreciated. We all had a great time and loved staying at this beautiful home. We would definitely recommend it and if we are back in the area, we would definitely stay again.

Cattle Country charmer!
We rented this home so we could attend First Monday weekend in Canton. It is lovely and contained everything we needed for the weekend. Thank you for the superb AC unit and a master bedroom matress that provided the best nights’ sleep In months.
The house is about 13 miles outside of Canton on county roads. Future visitors should note that my friend’s auto GPS system never found the house. Fortunately my (newer? Better?) iPhone system navigated perfectly. Nearby communities offer gas stations and good diners. I would recommend this rental property — make sure you bring written directions to get there.
