Situated in the heart of Hastings Street, La Mer enjoys absolute beach frontage with a northerly outlook that stretches from the northern headland over beautiful Laguna Bay to Little Cove. This three level complex has only nine apartments. On the beachfront, La Mer is situated in one of the most prominent and desirable locations. The onsite facilities include an elevator to all levels, offering security access with undercover security parking,

You will enjoy the convenience of direct access to the La Mer heated pool and spa, Noosa's famous main beach, secure basement parking and being right on the door step to Noosa's fabulous restaurants and shops.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Featuring three modern bathrooms and two separate lounge areas. A well equipped kitchen provides all you will require if you choose to dine in and cook for yourself. There are also two BBQ's provided.

Upstairs the roof top terrace has been structurally landscaped in two stunning, colourful vertical gardens. The views from the terrace are sensational with outdoor lounges provided, inviting you to spend many hours admiring the view and relaxing. Soak in the sun or stay cool under shade here as well. The terrace even has its own BBQ and food preparation benches, ideal for alfresco dining.

La Mer features a year round heated pool as well as a heated spa, to which the Penthouse has direct stairway access.
Meters from the front door of La Mer are many fabulous restaurants, cafes and terrific shopping. Centrally located, La Mer is a delightful easy walk to Noosa National Park or Noosa River.

This is a Salty Stays boutique holiday retreat which means meticulous hospitaliity from being personally meet and shown through the apartment by our concierge service to lots of personal amenities being taken care of its the little things that count, like glad wrap, paper towels, lots of dish-washing tablets and lots more.

Beautiful Apartment in great location. Apartment had everything you would be looking for in short stay accommodation. Location fantastic, walk out the front of the apartment onto the sand of Noosa main beach. Restaurants, shopping all in walking distance. Fantastic, relaxing week with my Mum and two sisters.

Ideally located, providing cultured beachside conditions , decoration and comforts, the visitor to this not overly lavish true penthouse is lacking nothing in the way of Noosa convenience. To praise however is to limit one's opportunities to return for fear of encouraging others and I therefore reluctantly describe our recent return visit as perfect.

Have stayed at many Hasting street apartments but the service and cleanliness of no12 La Mer is something to write about. We arrived to a personal check in which was fantastic Its all the extra little things that Marion does that makes a huge difference. No wonder people keep coming back to stay with Salty Stays.

You cannot beat the location + Excellent Communications and Check-in.
Truly enjoyed the location and excellent unit with amenities. Very clean and usable space with good AC or just open the windows and enjoy the breeze plus sound of waves. The unit was accurately described. So many things to do within walking distance. There is an assigned parking spot if needed too. Large quantities/variety of groceries can be ordered for direct delivery on the day of your arrival as the local stores within walking distance are good but do not have have a great variety if you are going to cook and eat in. The Sonos system was a great surprise and used a lot. Thank you...

Amazing property, beach frontage is incredible. We will definitely be back!
From the flexibility of the check-in procedure to the amenities provided in the department - everything at this property was just perfect! It is very spacious and plenty of room for our 6 adults with even an extra possible bed upstairs. The bathrooms are nice and renovated and Master Bedroom suite is beautiful, spacious and has the best view of the beach. The other two rooms are smaller with small wardrobes but this was not an issue as we didn't spend much time in our rooms. The roof top is the star of this property and we already can't wait to come back! Thank you to Marion and Craig her husband for this fantastic stay Sarah and friends.

Pricey but value for money
Perfect position in the premier Australian Resort. A pleasantly furnished and appointed large apartment with all of the expected facilities. Room enough for two families of four if required with good space and separation.The penthouse had excellent entertaining potential but insufficient glassware and plastic drinking ware for the hard surfaces of verandahs. Very good BBQ option on both levels of the accomodation. Bedding and towels were of expected quality. Surprisingly poor WIFI speed and very average reception, however smart TV not affected. Excellent access to the beach and a very well maintained pool area. We were met and introduced to the property by Craig who was very obliging . There is no doubt that we would book this stay again given the opportunity.

Absolutely Wonderful!
Our stay at La Mer was absolutely wonderful! We were in Noosa on an extended family holiday to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday. I was really looking forward to staying right on the beach at Noosa and was impressed by the on-line photographs of the interior of the property but admittedly, I was a little nervous about whether the apartment would be big enough for all of us. Well, from the moment we walked in upon check-in I had no worries at all as each room and indoor/outdoor living spaces was designed and furnished in a way to fit our 7 person family easily and comfortably. From start to finish, Marion and Craig provided the perfect level of service needed for managing the accommodation for our family vacation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book through them again….particularly the La Mer apartment. Impressions: Booking, confirming details prior to our stay and check in were smooth, easy and accommodating. Size and space of each room and outdoor area were perfect for our 7 person family vacation. Décor and amenities were simple, ‘stylishly beachy’, homely and beautiful. The kitchen and Laundry included the little things that make an apartment holiday so much easier – glad wrap, al-foil, dishwashing supplies and laundry powder and more etc The outdoor entertaining area upstairs is private, beautifully planted and furnished and easy to use. We hope to be back again in the not too distant future and hopefully stay at La Mer again. Thank you kindly, Tegan
