Shabby apartment in great neighbourhood
Prior to booking accommodation, I contacted manager informing that my wife is wheelchair user and inquiring about accessibility and if her lift was reliable, the manager replied promptly saying that the lift works ok but did not mentioned that there are two steps to get into the lift.
