This laid back desert contemporary home beckons you to drop your bags and sink into its comfy furnishings. Equally plush beds take the comfort theme all the way, including a master with en-suite and direct backyard and pool/spa access.

Leisure and lounging is the order of the day--every day. A wide open great room comprised of living room and kitchen overlooks an inviting backyard generously equipped for poolside pastimes. Numerous chaise lounges and ample patio furnishings under the pergola for dining alfresco and mountain views galore. A large barbecue grill sits just off the kitchen for easy outdoor entertaining.

Just a short drive from our vibrant downtown scene, you can satiate your craving for action... after all that relaxing. An easy-breezy bike ride can get you there in minutes, or in less than five by car. Same goes for the distance to some of Palm Springs' most popular hiking trails, among other local destinations, such as horse stables, the chic uptown district, downtown nightlife, art museum, and more.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Palm Springs Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. The home was well stocked and the pool was well used during our excessive heat week in the 113’s! The location was perfect and we enjoyed watching the incoming and departing planes overhead throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

This house was pretty perfect for a family who wants to be together but wants their space from each other, too. There was plenty of space to spread out inside the house and in the backyard. We spent as much time as possible in the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed the mountain views and the hummingbirds flying around all day long.

This house was not only cute and stylish, it had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was sleek, clean, and organized perfectly. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. The shower was the shower of my dreams, and, the backyard with the pool was beautiful and calming. I felt like I was at a spa. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Top notch property and location

This is a great place. Have visited Palm Springs for many years and this was our favorite and we hope to be back. The pool is the star. Perfect sun from early morning to late in the day. If you like the heat and the sun, you won't be disappointed. The owners left a book that answers any question you could possibly have. Although it wouldn't prevent us from going back, no music by the pool is annoying but we understand that others have probably ruined it for everyone. TV in the bedroom(s) would be nice but not a deal-breaker. Overall, this is a great house in a super quiet location and close to drive or Uber to wherever you need to be.

Oasis in Palm Springs

Beautiful property minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Clean property with all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway in the shadows of the mountains. Spent most of our time in the oversized backyard enjoying the pool & meals under the stars. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location..if you asked the teenagers the pool was divine and they discovered Disneyland was about a 2 hour drive. Nice to be able to cook and BBQ! Would be a great location for a girls weekend away!

Beautiful outdoor space

Everything went very smoothly. Management company was very responsive. Kitchen is well stocked with all needed utensils and pots and pans. Already planning our visit for next year.

Wonderful but couldn’t sleep due to a/c limitations

We love this place. Everything was perfect except the a/c. We were told to not put it below 77. With days of over 110, setting the a/c to 77 is not conducive to sleeping. As a result, we slept horribly and came home from our vacation needing another vacation. Other than that, everything else is perfect and would love to come back once they update the a/c

Wonderful family escape from the city

We had a great time staying at this house for a week this summer. The rental company communicated well with us over the whole process, everything was clean, the kitchen stocked with utensils, the pool warm, and the house relaxing. It felt like a home away from home while there and well decorated to boot. Highly recommend coming here!

The Perfect Palm Springs Get Away

Literally just came from this house today and it was absolutely amazing! So fully equipped with everything you need! There was a little malfunction with the pool but Jerry responded immediately and the problem fixed in no time! My family has a blast I would def stay here again!!!

Relaxing vacation

We have a great and relaxing vacation in this lovely "Good and Plenty" house. Decorating was lovely and the house was really cosy for our family with two children. Most of the time we enjoyed our time on the pool which was great! It was nice surprise that there was also swimming matresses. Thank You for everything!
