Amazing two story premium accommodation, located in picturesque Port Victoria on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. The home features coastal views overlooking Wardang Island with accommodation for up to 12 people.

The home is brand new, completed September 2015.
The home is fully air conditioned and has a fully equipped modern kitchen including granite bench tops, under bench microwave, fridge freezer with ice and filtered water, as well as a kitchenette downstairs to enjoy that cup of coffee in the games room we have recently added to the rear of this already amazing holiday home, an alfresco entertaining area with a great outdoor kitchen (The holiday BBQ will never be quite the same)

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony while relaxing with family or friends
Unwind and enjoy a stroll along the beach
This is a holiday destination you will definitely want to return to

Fishing Charters are available or bring your own boat and launch from the very modern boat ramp

Try your hand at catching a snapper just off wardang Island
But if you love KING GEORGE whiting this is the spot to try and fill the freezer


There is also a museum and art gallery as well as wineries in the local area
Port Victoria is a great place to start exploring South Australia's Yorke Peninsula and its only just over 2 hours drive from Adelaide

Very practical just some minor references,Bbq knobs fail and we navigated this by turning the gas off and on to have a medium hot plate. Remotes to the fans were selectively working.Boundry to neighbours is very close and has the ability where having a good social night upset them. The entertaing area is right under the neighbours living and sleeping zones. The overall accommodation was brilliant.Ian the owner was perfect.. One improvement would be heating option in outdoor area.

Fishing Getaway Week
The property aligned 100% with 6 blokes looking for an easy week of fishing. The standard of accommodation exceeded of our expectations especially the fish cleaning station. Ian was great to deal with & we are already planning a return trip. The property is modern, well equipped & in a great location with views over the bay, strongly recommend this property.

We tried something different with our kids and family this year for Christmas and spent it away. It was a beautiful house with all facilities to accommodate everything. We even fit our big boat under the driveway, a beautiful home with everything for our needs.

Ian was amazing to work with. Due to bad weather, we had to bring our trip forward by 1 day. Ian made sure we had a roof over our head. The house was very clean and had different living zones. The location is excellent too. Would highly recommend!

Panoramic Views
2nd time visit to this gracious well appointed home. lots of room for boat and cars. Fabulous well protected fish cleaning station with bait fridge and freezer. Comfy beds. Downstairs has 2nd kitchenette with great games and entertaining room. Outside is a lovely outdoor setting with outside kitchen and shower when coming back from the beach. Upstairs has a great kitchen lounge and dinning with panoramic views from either inside or sitting out on the deck. sunsets spectacular. The house has everything you need for the perfect stay.

Amazing views and everything you need for a great family getaway! We went as an extended family unit so had enough space to chill but also come together to share good food with plenty of laughs. Easter Getaway
This property is gorgeous, it's in a great location and has amazing views with some spectacular susnsets off the balcony. There was tons of room for all of us and everything we needed was there. Communication with the host was fabulous. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this house.

January long weekend
Lovely, clean, easy to access property. Was big enough for our family of 10 adults. Bedrooms had great lighting and fans to keep cool at night. Bathroom and toilet facilities on both levels was great. We loved the outdoor setting, we ate dinner there every night. The host was prompt with communication. Would definitely stay here again.
