TREE CHANGE REQUIRED? Welcome to our farm stay, where the hustle and bustle of city life fades away, and the simple pleasures of rural living come to life. Nestled in the heart of nature, our peaceful cabin offers a unique escape. There is access to view our free-range chooks and collect their eggs, there are also horses in a paddock nearby that you may spot throughout the day and give a carrot or apple to. Birdlife here is in abundance and Deb is usually available for a walk around to see the animals and show you where you may walk on the 550 acre property. Our daughter runs the farm as a regenerative farm which means NO sprays or man made fertiliser. We hope you enjoy your stay.

For those with a taste for the finer things, our farmstay is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from the renowned Pyrenees wine region. Explore the vineyards and savour exquisite wines, all within easy reach of your peaceful retreat.

Nature enthusiasts will be delighted to discover that Buangor and Avoca waterfalls (rain dependent) are just a short drive away from our farm, the Grampians region is a little over a 1-hour drive. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty as you explore the nearby falls or ranges of the Grampians, offering a perfect complement to your serene farmstay experience.

There is limited phone reception at the property, wifi is available.

See the brilliance of a starry night, not usually seen in cities!
Bird life in abundance and if you’re lucky you may spot our resident Wedge tail eagles.
Sorry no horse riding due to insurance costs.

We are under an hour from Ballarat and just over an hour from Hall's Gap in the Grampians so travel for the day and come back to a comfortable stay.
There are fantastic hikes and walks and a waterfall in one of the state forests.( unfortunately no dogs allowed into that one.)

The App Visit Pyrenees is a great App for walks, food and wineries 😊

We never stay somewhere twice but this farm stay is the exception!!
This was a return visit after 2.5yrs and we made it a surprise for our kids as the first stay was one of their most memorable holidays. It was so lovely to see our host and owner of the farm stay, Deb, again. She is so welcoming it felt like we were returning home! The kids loved doing the morning & afternoon feeding, and the location - air and views are spectacular!!!!afternoon feeding

A Relaxing Getaway
My son and I had a lovely, peaceful break at this property. Our host, Deb, was fantastic; she had excellent communication prior to our stay and took us around the property to meet and feed the farm animals when we arrived. The location was perfect for a getaway from the noise and haste of suburban life.

A Wonderful Father's Day Weekend at Pyrenees Farm Stay
We had such a wonderful time celebrating Father’s Day weekend at Pyrenees Farm Stay. Deb and her dog, Daisy, were so welcoming. They showed us around the farm during our stay, and we had a lovely chat and shared lots of pats! :) Our dogs also had an amazing time. It has definitely become one of our favourite destinations!

Just the getaway we needed!
We absolutely loved our stay at Pyrenees Farm Stay! Deb was a very attentive host and the cabin was cosy and warm in such frosty weather. My kids (9 & 11) loved their walks around the farm, collecting eggs and helping to feed or visit the pigs (their favourite), horses, sheep, goats and cows. They loved cuddles with Daisey the Groodle too! After just two nights, we left feeling relaxed and the kids asked to come back next year! Thank you for having us!

A Wonderful Getaway
Remote enough to get away from it all close to sample the wonderful parts of the area. Deb was a wonderful host and the children waited excitedly each morning to assist her with the animals. The home was very well equipped and we did not want for anything. Well perhaps not the frosts but that was out of Deb's control!!

The Perfect Family Getaway!
From the moment we arrived we immediately fell in love with this place! It was the perfect place for us to unwind & do absolutely nothing other than relax & breath in the fresh, clean air while watching the kids charge & bounce around having a ball (the set-up's our idea of a kid's paradise!). The cottage was spotlessly clean & immaculately presented with everything you could need, plenty of blankets & the most comfortable king bed! Deb was so accommodating & made us feel so welcome. Our highlight would have to be the morning walks with Deb around the farm & seeing all the animals - We very much hope to be back again soon!

Lovely Farmstay
Thankyou for an amazing weekend! We all loved the farm, the kids loved being able to "help" with the animals. I loved the beautiful views and all the animals and all the freshly collected eggs! Plenty to do and see in the local area if you want to explore or you can just chill out in the very cosy cabin that has everything you need for a very comfortable farm stay.

Great retreat away from the city! Debbie has been a fantastic host, constantly communicating and even switched on the heater and lights for us prior to our arrival. She really spent the effort to bring us around the huge farm and kept our kids very much entertained and educated. Enjoyable stay! Thank you Debbie!

Fantastic getaway for families
This place has everything what families with young kids want! Deb is fabulous at involving kids to help with some farm work. We enjoyed our walks around the farm and back of the ute ride was definitely the highlight of our stay. We were already talkIng about going back there on our way home with kids. Thank you, Deb and family for letting us stay at your wonderful farm.
