128 Murray Apartment 2 Facilities:

Off Street Parking:
- 128 Murray Street has off street parking for 1 car. We recommend hiring a small to classic car as the turn out of the car park is a little tight for long cars.

Free Wifi:
- Apartment 2 is connected to the NBN via FTTH and has blistering fast internet conenction. Be sure to bring your iPad or Laptop.

Air Conditioning
- 6 KW Fujitsu Air Conditioner Inverter keeps you cool when its hot, and warm when its not.

Complete Kitchen:
- Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hot Plates, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware provided.

Keyless Entry:
- Don't won't about losing the keys - there aren't any! Guests receive a six digit entry code before arrival which expires after checkout.

Entertainment:
-55" 1080P Television in loungeroom, 40" 1080P Television in childrens room with Nintendo Wii U. Library of games and movies included.

Spacious Bedrooms:
- Three bedrooms, two with queen sized Beds, kids room with 2 single sized Beds. Electric Blankets, and bedside Tables with reading Lamps.

Laundry:
- Washer/Dryer Combination Machine, Clothes Horse, Ironing Board and Iron provided.

The Neighbourhood:

Less than a minutes walk and you shall be in the center of the shopping area - Cat & Fiddle Arcade, Centrepoint Shopping Centre and The Mall are all at your finger tips.

Also less than a minutes walk away are some of our favourite cafes including Small Fry, Raspberry Fool and The Pumphouse.

Within 5-10 minutes walk you can be at the waterfront and Salamanca Precinct.

Getting Around:

The apartment is approx 15 minutes drive from the airport. A taxi from the airport will cost around $40 to the Apartment. Alternatively there is the airport shuttle bus - the closest pick up/drop off location is the New Sydney Hotel on Bathurst Street (1 minute walk from the Apartment) and costs around $16 per person each way. Hire car companies are directly opposite the arrivals area of Hobart airport and range in price starting at $40 per day. Within 1 block of the Apartment there are several car hire companies should you wish to hire a vehicle after you have checked in - particularly handy if you would like to hire a car just for one day to take in the surrounding areas.

Other Things to Note:

A portacot and high chair are available if required. Please ask in advance.

Spacious apartment for our family of 5.Good enough location for us to explore Hobart by foot. Clean enough for an older apartment. Wonky floors and walls were a bit disorientating but got use to it and was a nice place to come back to after a day out.

Loved the location of this apartment. The apartment was clean and a great size as we were 3 friends in the city for a few days. Lots of places to eat and markets close by. Will definitely be staying again!

A beautiful spot to base yourself for exploring Hobart. We enjoyed being so close to the city and the ferry to MONA. Plenty of room for the four of us with the three bedrooms. Never did find the switch for the lights over the sink bench though!

Great Location
Very convenient apartment located close to Hobart CBD. Farmers markets are almost at your front door and short walk to everything else. Generally very comfortable but be aware that the aircon is only in the living space and not the bedrooms and fans were not adequate on hot nights. The third bedroom has one small window that opens to an indoor area so gets no fresh air and even with the fan was very stuffy. Would still stay again just for the convenience it offered.

This property was in a fabulous location absolutely surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shopping. Also only a short walk down the hill to Salamanca markets and the docks for restaurants. It was very well set up up and had great kitchen. I would definitely recommend.

Myself, my wife and kids (4 & 4 months) stayed here for 4 nights. Property was excellent. Very homely, all amenities we needed and so close to absolutely everything in Hobart. We had a car (standard SUV) and although the driveway is very narrow, it was easily manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean & spacious. There were lovely touches on arrival, the heating was on & a bottle of wine & box of maltesers. Shower was great with instant hot water. Close proximity to everything. Only thing, the driveway is a bit tricky & a second bathroom would have been handy. Would definitely stay again.

What a gem
Fabulous apartment in Hobart CBD. Everything you could want - they even left ice for me which was much appreciated!! All the rooms were perfect, comfortable beds, quality linens and hot shower with good pressure!!! Can highly recommend - as others have pointed out, the driveway is narrow however, it leads to off street parking which must be rare in beautiful Hobart! Thanks Chris and Kirsten for all your assistance!

Unbelievably good value
Every few years you come across a property that is unbelievably special. This is it. The location is incredible, just 2 blocks from the city mall yet you are in a private isolated 3 bedroom house. The beds are comfy, cotten sheets soft and snugly. The attention to extras is the best i have seen with oil, salt, petter, real coffee, even some chocolates. Kids loved the 2 tvs with seperate gaming which is a rare treat for them. Washing and drying with basket, drying rack and pegs all available. Host communication was spot on and they kindly adjusted at the last minute extra linnen when i had stuffed up the booking and not added the kids. You wont find a better place in Hobart. We will be back for sure.
