The Space:
The apartment is located in the busy CBD area but it is high up on floor 9 of the building so you will still get a quite night's sleep. The iconic Sky Tower is only 5 minutes walk away and Queen Street is just a little further down the hill. The apartment also has a sunny balcony so you can relax and soak up the view high above the City of Sails!
We also provide amenities for our guests to use during their stay such as:

The Neighborhood:
Auckland CBD is the liveliest part of the city! There is so much to do here - from fine dinning and high-end shopping, to awesome bars with wide varieties of craft beers and New Zealand wines, and even whale and dolphin safaris just off the coat in the glorious Hauraki Gulf.

Getting Around:
The SkyBus goes from Auckland airport to the city centre every 10 minutes and this is the cheapest way to get here. There is always the option of taxi or Uber though as well if you prefer the convenience.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
KEY PICKUP
Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 7 Union St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 13 minute walk or 4 minute drive from the apartment. They are open for collection at any time between until 2am. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea 4x coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
