No parties or large groups allowed, not suitable for small children.
The garage is locked and not considered part of the hire.
Approximately 150m to the beach & coastal paved walkway/cycle-way which leads to either Dunsborough or Busselton.
If Golf takes your fancy then take advantage of the close proximity to Dunsborough Lakes Resort Golf Course or the Dunsborough and Districts Country Club.
Dunsborough is the gateway of the world renowned Margaret River wine region and its many spectacular vineyards & wineries. Close to surf beaches, such as Yallingup & Smiths Beach, as well as beautiful and protected bays. Perth just a 2.5 hour’s drive making Dunsborough one of the most popular holiday destinations in the South West.
No single nights can be booked. Peak season 7 nights required.
Easter period 5 night's min required. Off peak 4 nights booking maybe considered.
Security Vrbo -Stayz platform under their policy after departure they will be notified of any breakages or damages, and your credit card will be charged. Guests are fully responsible for any breakages or damages and should email the owner to advise of anything damaged.

OUR HOUSE RULES
Booking guest must be 25 years or older.
Photo ID copy of drivers licence will be required for all Vrbo - Stayz guests, emailed or sent via text message when your booking has been accepted by host. To ensure reasonable measures of identity whom we are communicating with.
No leavers, parties or events at the property.
Maximum amount of total guests accepted on a booking is 6 NO extra guests to stay at the property.
No caravans, or tents at the property.
Noise be mindful of the surrounding neighbours, no loud music or parties permitted at the property we have excellent neighbours so noise reduced at 10pm.
No pets permitted at the property.
Parking of 2 vehicles permitted at the property no parking on lawn.
Shared driveway so be considerate & not block driveway access.
Report to host any damage to the property immediately so this can be resolved.
Checkout time is 10.00am all guests to leave the property in the condition that they found it.
Remove all rubbish from inside bins on checkout and ensure fridge are cleared of all food.
Lights, fans, air conditioner turned off before vacating the property.
