Heart of Rosebud, 2 bedroom with Communal Pool
Sweet 2 bedroom apartment with beach access and communal pool is centrally located in the heart of Rosebud, right across the road from cafe's, restaurants and Woolworths.
We're also on the BEACH side of Nepean hwy near the Pier and Rosebud foreshore playground - so perfect for families with children who don't want to cross a busy road to get to the beach or get in / out of a hot car!
The space consists of open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with big screen TV, DVD player, Wifi, heating and a fully equipped kitchen, gas heater and split system air conditioning
Each bedroom is carpeted with queen size beds. Ceiling fans in every room.
The communal outdoor space has a pool with beach access from the back gate. The beach boardwalk is located within 30 meters of the property.
Rosebud is a quiet and friendly beach side town that has all amenities required including shopping centre, restaurants, cafe's, cinema and pubs. It's the perfect place to slow down and catch up on life.
Not to far from us is also the Peninsular hot springs, wineries and Mornington racecourse.
