Séjour en décembre

Très bon accueil de notre hôte. L'appartement est fonctionnel, sans vis à vis et un beau balcon. Le garage est apprécié car il n'y pas de place apparemment dans la rue. La proximité du supermarché est un plus. Le cadre est calme. Si nous retournons à Cagnes, nous louerons cet appartement.

la description de la location est totalement conforme aux photos vu sur le site avant notre réservation. la situation géographique, idéalement située permet de découvrir tous les sites aux alentours. très bonne adresse, avec des propriétaires forts sympathiques et toujours disponibles, tout en restant discrets. un havre de paix avec un superbe piscine a recommander

tres bon sejour

Propriétaire très agréable et disponible, appartement très propre ,fonctionnel et bien situe, grand parc pour enfant a deux pas de la résidence et arrêt de bus juste en bas . A deux minutes du centre ville , château médiéval et du musée Renoir ( attention fermé pendant un an ).

très bon séjour

séjourné à 3 personnes. La piscine de la résidence est très appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud, un vrai plaisir !! L'appartement dispose d'un balcon assez spacieux, où nous y avons pris tous nos repas (c'est très agréagle de pouvoir manger à l'extérieur). La résidence est située à environ 20 minutes à pied de la plage, donc pas besoin de voiture pour s'y rendre. Sur le chemin de la plage il y a une très bonne boulangerie, les baguettes sont excellentes et se conservent bien malgré la chaleur. Nous conseillons cet appartement où nous avons passé un de nos meilleurs séjours d'été, de plus le propriétaire est très sympa et à l'écoute de ses locataires.
