Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.
Common facilities are now open to use.
The swimming pool will be closed from 24 July until 3 September, 2023.

The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views with floor-to-ceiling windows and is completely separate. It has a large built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
The other bedroom is also large, with floor to ceiling windows. This room has direct access to an adjoining bathroom. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.
Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
The price quoted is based upon 4 guests there is an extra charge per guest after 4. Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds.
Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
Should you wish to use the port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen.
