Nice stay

Property looked bigger in pics & could have been cleaner (dried out contact left on nightstand), but well equipped and a pleasant stay overall.

Our Favorite Cabin and Cool Cabins Had Awesome Service

This is our favorite cabin in the entire Cool Cabins portfolio, so many great features including the incredible deck that almost wraps around the entire house that you can let your dogs out on. The cozy interior with large kitchen table, fantastic home surround sound system with large TV in living room make it great for doing family movies at night as well. We originally booked the Dream Catchers cabin taking a chance on a new cabin that we hadn't stayed out, normally we stay at Magic Mountain. Long story short we were unhappy with Dream Catchers and Cool Cabins was able to switch us to Magic Mountain saving our vacation. I have stayed 4 times now with Cool Cabins and 3 of those times at Magic Mountain and highly recommend.

2 - Fair

The cabin was nice looking, but there was no power at either plug in both bathrooms. Hair drying had to be done elsewhere. There was also a power outage in the town for about 5 hours on Saturday 3/9. No shopping restaurants or resorts. Had to go back down to Running Springs to go tubing. Overall the experience was fair at best.

Beautiful Weekend

My family, friends and I enjoyed amazing weather the weekend we came to stay, which made it that much better in this cozy cabin. It was perfect for our one night getaway to celebrate a birthday. The rooms were nice. The kitchen was perfect. We spent our time spread out in the living room comfortably and enjoyed the foosball coffee table! Unfortunately the internet connection for the roku didn't work on any TV and half of the remotes didn't work, possibly had dead batteries. We weren't really there to watch TV or be on the internet, however it would have been nice to wind down with and it was really too late by the time we realized it wasn't working at all. Otherwise, our time in Big Bear was perfect and our stay here was great!

Good Pet Friendly Location

The house itself was very nice, the neighborhood was just okay. Our dogs were very happy to be included in our vacation, and it was nice that they were welcome. A fenced yard would have made for an even better stay. Overall, good experience.
