Bayside Escape is the ideal destination for a family retreat or a well-deserved weekend with friends. This charming older-style home is full of character and offers both two-night stays and long-term options year-round.

**Stunning Bay Views:**
Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay, just 1.5 km from the foreshore.

**Accommodation:**
Our 3-bedroom, fully equipped home accommodates up to 8 guests upstairs and 2 downstairs. All linens are provided for your convenience.

**Comfortable Living:**
Relax on the cozy lounge while soaking in the spectacular bay views. The open-plan dining area and newly renovated kitchen feature a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, and microwave, with seating for 8-10.

**Location:**
Perched in the hills on a quiet street, a car is recommended for getting around. The lovely walk to the foreshore takes just 10-15 minutes.

**Character and Charm:**
At 50 years old, the house has been continuously renovated, blending modern comforts with timeless charm. Please set your expectations accordingly, as with any older property.

**Amenities:**
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Coffee/tea and an Aldi coffee machine
- Pots and pans, wine and champagne glasses
- A popcorn maker and basic cooking essentials
- Plates, bowls, and all necessary cutlery

**Bathrooms:**
The central bathroom features a separate shower and toilet. Please note that there’s no internal staircase between the ground and first floors; access is via an external staircase.

**Downstairs Retreat:**
The lower level accommodates an additional 2 guests on a sofa bed, complete with a TV, table, shower, and toilet—perfect for grandparents or another family.

**Outdoor Features:**
Enjoy a BBQ and outdoor seating in the downstairs area. The laundry, also located downstairs, includes a washing machine and ample drying space, accessible via a separate door.

**Parking:**
The property offers secure off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Wonderful family holiday

Great, clean holiday house

Our stay was lovely at this spotlessly clean, well supplied holiday house. Comfortable beds and linen, well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery and basic pantry supplies. Great views over the bay and only a few minutes drive to the beach, shops and connections to the rest of the Peninsula. Denise was a very helpful and responsive host. Check in and directions clear and easy. Would recommend to others.

Beautiful house with wonderful view

This is a gorgeous large house with a great view to the water. I loved everything about it - but will note that when I booked the map showed the house right next to the water. It’s a good 20min walk away, which was fine for us, but something to consider if you are booking based on what the map was showing you. Had such a wonderful time and will certainly book here again!

Thanks! Excellent. Highly suited to our group of 3 couples especially with the downstairs section with the extra bathroom. Driveway not an issue for us. Good location for the wedding that we attended and close to the tourist sites we had planned. Without doubt beautiful view across Port Phillip Bay...loved the misty silhouette of Melbourne city floating in the sea. Dishwasher would have been good and had to be careful with the steep entrance steps. Lighting however was good.

Just what we needed

The house was just what we needed for our short stay. Even with the cooler/ rainy weather we felt cosy with the heating within the house. The kitchen provisions are also generously provided. Location close to other attractions, beach, playgrounds and shops. We will no hesitate to stay again.

Ocean views and perfect family holiday home!

Denise's property is a gorgeous home away from home. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking and it had us all up early to watch the morning sun. The home had everything we needed. Do not bring a thing! As foodies, it was the perfect getaway as the pantry and kitchen were so well stocked. As we stayed over Christmas, Denise and her family left candy canes and a box of complementary chocolates and a little Christmas gift for the kids. It was so kind and so thoughtful. Denise was easy to communicate with and we had a fantastic time!

The house is a comfy summer beach house that provides great views of the bay. Endless summer nights can be spent on the verandah watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Such a great place to unwind and enjoy with friends and family. It's a place where family memories can be made. Great backyard to play footy with kids.

Bay views and quite location in a court. Amazing neighbours and friendly place to stay. We are happy to help with any questions you have during your stay. Linen is included as well as kitchen essentials, so all you need to bring are your beach towels for the beach!
