About this property

Northern Beaches Beachfront 40% discount ideal for family gatherings of upto 14

This holiday house has been designed perfectly for multiple families gathering together for a beach holiday.

It is just 20km from Sydney and yet feels like you are 100's km away down the coast as it overlooks a marine reserve. The very best of both holiday options. Enjoy Sydney festivities and events with the relaxing vibe of the beachside holiday home.

The configuration is a main house overlooking the beach with stunning views from the open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a deck that opens up from the kitchen down towards the beach access grass path.

The apartment has a master bedroom plus family bathroom.

The main house has 4 bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom plus a further bedroom/study attic.

Some visitors may choose to configure two of the houses central bedrooms (one has an ensuite) as part of the apartment and keep the two residences seperate (i.e. 3 bedrooms each so both families have their own space and can catch up whenever they like).

Otherwise we can set up as an overall single residence for you.

The apartment provides the house its very own cafe/bar with shared gardens looking over the ocean, outdoor cinema and outdoor spa.

Both the house and apartment have all the latest gadgets (satellite TV, indoor cinema projector & multile screens across the house) to make your holiday everything you could wish for.

The outdoor area has a Gas bbq and a fenced garden. Well behaved pets are welcome.

As well as being on the beach we are only a few hundred metres from Narrabeen lake, Narrabeen 50m ocean pool and the rock pools which are great for younger children to swim and play in.

This is a quiet unique spot and families will no doubt enjoy a beach holiday of a lifetime. This has been especially setup for family gahtherings - the area is not suitable for party groups and we will review with you the ages and mix of guests before accepting bookings. Awesome location , can’t fault the views Everything you need. Very trendy . Hosts were very welcoming and prompt in communication. As an older couple we found the modem sofa a little uncomfortable and would recommend a mattress upgrade. Overall would highly recommend for young family and couples for a wonderful beachside getaway!!!

My partner and I had an amazing weekend stay at this place. Ali and Nick were incredibly wonderful hosts who even let our family come in to help my partner organise a proposal so it was definitely a weekend to remember. The place is well equipped and the king bed was so comfy! The hot tub and projector was an added bonus. The view in the backyard was my absolute favourite knowing we had an easy access to the beach behind us.

Ali was a gracious and flexible host. Property as described beautifull beach head location.
Was a great experience for my wife and I and cattle dog Bishop. Beautiful vista overlooking deserted beaches. Close to everything you need. Ali was grascious host and very accommodating to our needs and made us feel welcomed. Would recomend for the perfect get away when not getting away due to its close proximity to sydney , but isolated and private location.

Great Apartment!
A reasonable sized apartment for a couple. Lots of outdoor space and a fantastic view. I was worried about there not having any air conditioning but even on a hot evening it was fine. Their very friendly Golden Retriever shares the garden. I appreciated the basic provisions in the fridge upon arrival. You probably need a car if you stay at this end of Narrabeen. I'd certainly recommend it and hope to stay again.

This property is in a magnificent position with a fabulous outdoor living area. Inside it is cosy, well decorated and well-equipped. Although the weather was not favourable we enjoyed the proximity to the narrabeen coffee shops and restaurAnts. It made a great base during our daughter’s wedding on the northern beaches.

Both our girls have flown the nest. We renovated the house a few years ago so that we could use it for our own family gatherings and allow others to do the same.

Why they chose this property

We have a unique beachfront spot that is a 'secret' to even many of the locals in the area.

What makes this property unique

We have had many guests love the setup of having their own area within a large residence so they can mix quiet time with big family meals, walks, local activities such as kayaking and simply having lazy beachtime. Trips into Sydneyare simple to enjoy its many attractions.
