Coxs river rest - Warialda

Cox's River Rest is set on 1600 acres of rural land, bounded by a 5 kilometre loop in the Cox's River. Situated in the Megalong Valley and only 25 minutes drive from Blackheath in the Blue Mountains. The property is easily accessible and conveniently close to all the wonderful things the Blue Mountains has to offer. The property itself, however, has walks and scenery of its own more than enough to occupy your whole weekend and there are nice spots to enjoy a picnic by the river. Some maps and ideas are provided at the cottage for your information.

Warialda is a unique 3 bedroom house built from rammed earth and is totally powered by an off - the-grid solar powered energy system. It has 3 bedrooms, with queen beds, a large, open upstairs loft area has 2 sets of bunks. There is also a seperate Artist Cottage with queen bed and a bathroom.

The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery. There is a gas BBQ on the deck.

Easter Get Away at Megalong Valley
Absolutely beautiful spot. So quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a break away. Close to Cox’s river for fishing and swimming and the host could not have been more helpful to identify things that were going on in the local area.
