The Loft is a country style, self-contained two-storey, three bedroom cottage with three queen size beds and one double bunk, sleeping a maximum of 8.

The Loft has two living areas, each with their own TV/DVD/VCR and couch(es), two bathrooms (with corner spa in the downstairs bathroom), full kitchen and laundry.

All linen including sheets (except for porta cot), towels and tea towels are included, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk, biscuits, cereals, jams and other spreads.

There are also a selection of DVD's, videos, books and games available for your enjoyment.

The Loft is located a short drive from the main street of Warburton (about 2 klm), and close to all attractions, including Mt Donna Buang and Healesville Sanctuary.

A short stroll to the O'Shannassy Aqeduct and local rivers.

Bicycle riders please note - if you are planning to ride the Warburton Rail Trail then stay at The Loft - there is a fairly long slow hill climb to reach The Loft as we are located at the top of a hill near the O'Shannassy Aqueduct.

Lovely quiet cottage

The house is cute and well laid out. Clean house but the back row of mugs needed washing. Very comfy beds and a great deck out front to sit on and enjoy the birds. There was a kookaburra who came several times.

Comfy home amongst trees

A comfortable and clean home with all that is needed.Only drawback is the living area, it is dark because of the trees and it isn’t very big. Sheets and towels very white and clean!The bird life is a highlight, we saw king parrots, rosellas, cockatoos and kookaburras.Thank you!

The Loft! Peaceful! Relaxing!

Warburton Respite

I was took away a mother and son, participants as Im a Support Worker, we all had the best time and the proeprty was great. The only little let down was the DVD player we couldnt get it to open to watch movies, but really that wasnt a big deal, we went for walks and entertained our time with games and chatting, good to be free of mobiles for the time away. Thank you 😊

Lovely property

House is really lovely, very cosy. Nice and clean except air con filters were clogged making my kids cough. Was disappointed to be charged extra for my dog when nothing in ad mentioned extra charge.

Gorgeous home in a serene neighbourhood

My husband, son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - this home would have to be the most comfortable place we've holiday'd in for a long time. Situated in amongst the trees, right by the creek, it is the picture of absolute serenity. The upstairs loft room with it's private bathroom allowed for one parent to have a break and a bit of a sleep in (something very rare when you've got a toddler!). There was plenty of heating that could be left on safely with a toddler running about, and even age be appropriate toys for him to play with. I especially loved how close it is to the bush, and that you can hear the creek from the balcony. Having a break from the internet was also nice! The kitchen has everything you need, and there's even a dishwasher! Everything was clean and well maintained. Would 💯 stay again.

Tranquil

The surroundings were tranquil, beautiful and peaceful. The National park is walking distance. Dog friendly. The town is a couple of minutes by car. The property is perfect for a group with two bathrooms. The backyard is fully secured for your dogs. Everything supplied. Clean. Highly recommend. Annette was an excellent host.

House is clean and spacious with comfortable beds which was all we needed for a brief overnight stay on a Saturday. Relevant considerations to be aware of are mentioned in the listing, so no nasty surprises.

Great location and close to nature

My partner & I had a great time staying here, with easy access to the Aqueduct Trail. We had a great time. We knew in advance that there's no Wifi, and poor mobile phone coverage from inside the property - but it was nice to disconnect for awhile - but just know this in advance. Air conditioning worked well downstairs to keep us cool on a hot weekend too. Would stay again.
