Available all year round, offers beautiful furnishings and modern decor. Can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The Neighbourhood

There are many properties in Rye, some are expensive as they are on the main road opposite the beach, lots of noise/traffic pollution. Others are in normal suburbia, so no holiday feel about it. Our property is on 1350 sqm block, with its own bit of bushland at the back. In a very quiet street, surrounded by tea trees and nature, yet it is only a 15 minute walk to the beach, (1km), 2 minute drive, 3 minute drive to Woolworths. The back beach is only 9 minutes drive. We are close to everything you could need.

Easiest walk to beach is left down Highbury, left along Field then right down Shirlow.

We lobbed walking around the area and the dinning and lounge rooms were comfortable. Lovely house.

We sassy around chatting and having fun. We walked to the beach and the hidden cafe for coffee.

Lovely home!

I came with 5 friends for the night but could have stayed for longer. Very well looked after home. Very clean and bedding was great the only down side was that the outdoor furniture was not the best as there was not and cushions for the seating. Other than that a great place.

Great little home away from home

Myself and 2 friends wanted a relaxing weekend with a visit to the hot springs. We came back to the house for a quick change and out to dinner, only a 10 minute drive to both. The house was lovely, had everything we needed, nicely renovated and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful holiday house in Rye

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage in Rye. It surpassed our expectations and I would highly recommend it! It was clean, had plenty of space inside, it had an abundance of appliances, air-conditioning, access to the Internet and the large Smart TV even had Netflix (and there is a TV in the spare bedroom too). The outdoor deck and table is perfect for BBQs and entertaining while the basketball ring and trampoline kept the children entertained. I would highly recommend this property if your are visiting the Mornington Peninsula.

Clean, cosy and a great place for home away from home.

Set on a quite part of Rye yet not to far away from everything. We found the house was very clean & tidy on arrival. With a large group, the dinning table was well used as we all could fit around it. The house was well lite up with natural light and having the lounge area with Wi-Fi / TV everything worked well.The kitchen area was just like being at home with all the accessories that you needed for breakfast and other meals. The Espresso coffee machine as also a great asset to have in the house. I would recommend this place again for a stay away from home.

Great property

It was good - more utensils please , more dishware and a bamix would e good- hard to cook without basics such as a masher ! Otherwise really great

Why they chose this property

Our cottage is close to the Bay and the back beach. Close to cafe's, gold courses and many other activities. It is away from the holiday traffic, and a quiet part of Rye, lots of tea tree's, so it has a different feel to it from the normal suburban part of Rye.
