Chez Tredgold

What a beautiful house, catering for the entire family! Near new three bed room house with stunning views over the lake and ocean. Spacious, comfortable and very well appointed.

Open plan living room with floor to ceiling windows to take in the views.

There is electric heating in all rooms and areas in the house. there is fans in all rooms and living areas, along with evaporative cooling systems. Full sized gas stove. Modern fridge freezer and dishwasher. Microwave. Aldi Coffee Pod Machine. A cook's kitchen with the best view at the sink!

Plenty of down lighting, TV with surround system, DVD and VCR.

3 bedrooms - Sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people.
¥Main bedroom - Queen sized bed & Ensuite
¥Second bedroom - Queen sized bed.
¥Third bedroom has 2 Single beds.

(Trundle beds available on arrangement)

Main bed room has floor to ceiling glass overlooking the views.

Bathroom has laundry with automatic washing machine and trough behind cupboard doors. Outside Hills Hoist for drying.

Sliding glass doors from open-plan living room and kitchen onto spacious deck with outdoor table setting and BBQ. Fantastic 180 degree water views of bottom lake and entrance.

Pets by special appointment only (small dog) A bond will be requested. Completely fenced back yard.

Situated 100 metres from the lake you can walk your kayak, canoe or stand up paddle board down to the lake for some fitness or adventure. Cast a lure from the small beach 150 metres away and catch a bream or flathead for dinner.
A short drive or an easy walk to beaches, bowling club, golf course and town centre.

Ample room for parking. Jetty available at an additional charge of $20 per night.

BYO linen, No Smoking, Pet Friendly : outside dogs only!.

Beautiful modern home in a great location. Walking distance to all the facilities and attractions. Jetty at bottom of street great for fishing if you don't have a boat. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and spacious. Lots of supplies. Great views. Infact you can get rid of some old pans, cutleries, knives, Old Video Cassettes and TVs from bedrooms.

Awsome Views

The house was wonderful and the view was awsome, there was nothing we needed, the beds are great and the lounges comfortable, the parking was easy and my dog enjoyed the back yard. We highly recommend this house and Mallacoota itself, there is a WWll bunker opened on Tuesdays and the pub in town is the best, we didnt have a good experance with LUCY'S chinese unfortunatly. The lake has a lot to offer if you like fishing and boating or you just want to relax by the sea. There is great mobile reception at the house but no WIFI which was a slight disadvantage. We would definitely go back to this property, thank you for a wonderful stay, next time hopefully the weather gods will be kinder to us!!

Great family house

The property was well suited for adults and children. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable. Fantastic lake views from the deck and big picture windows. Situated in a quiet Court a few minutes drive into town and an easy walk down to the lake and the boardwalks. We would definitely stay again - thank you.

Second time staying at the property. We love it. It has everything you want and the view is fantastic. A little hot in summer but a lovely breeze comes thru in the afternoon.
