One king and 3 queen Tempur matresses in the bedroom plus a single bed on request.
The house has two OLED televisions in the lounge room with a curved tv in the bedroom with regular tvs in other bedrooms.
Pool table inversion machine for sore backs complete the home.
This house is a home so is not designed for budget accomodation hence priced accordingly.

House fully airconditioned!

Canoes, solar heated swimming pool in warmer months and spa, pool table fishing equipment for fishing off the premises.
Canopy retreat overlooking the view and the extensive balconies on each bedroom overlooking the water.

The property is situated in a tropical forest cul de sac. People go by in their water sports daily and neighbours from across the water are quite a distance.


House Rules

Please keep in mind this home is architecturally designed by Paul Clout with delicate polished wood floors.
All the doors are bifold so please take care opening them. Never leave the water side bifold unattended when windy!
If they jam go to another area and open there as they are on tracks.

The floor has a soft but yet beautiful wooden floor. As it has been damaged and repaired from shoes damaging the floor continuously we have decided the following rule.



Please keep the floor as beautiful as it is please.
No parties or events

Not infant-friendly (0-2 years)

1.The timber floors scratch so please do not drag any items over them or rock the dining chairs inside or wear high heals.. cannot stress enough!!!!!
2. When leaving especially through garage door please make sure all bi-fold doors are shut and the front door is locked.
4.Wind is a safety issue on the bi-folds "overlooking the water" as can dlam and break into pieces. Please leave bi folds closed when unattended as the wind will damage the doors if left to move freely.
