Tour LA with convenience and relax in our recently remodeled, energy efficient, cozy home in Encino w/ heated pool & spa.
*Conveniently located off 101/405 freeway.
*Steps away from Lake Balboa Park & Ventura Blvd.

*12 miles from West LA,
*about 30 min drive to LAX, Malibu, Santa Monica beach, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Pasadena, Hollywood, Downtown LA
*Tons of running trails, and outdoor sports within a mile (Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, Archery, etc), not to mention vast open space in the nearby park and huge playground for kids to enjoy!


The space:

Everyday is summer in our LA home. Soak up the California sun, let loose and lounge by the poolside. You can also gaze at the stars while enjoying the heated pool or hot tub.

The cabana by the pool is the star of our home where you can dine, wine and chill with the color-changing LED-lit pool and jacuzzi as your background. Tons of pillows are laid out in our patio, adorned with dim lights, to give you a more intimate and warm setting.

Our home is designed to radiate the Los Angeles vibe - laid back, hip and vibrant.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that can accommodate 7 guests. All of the rooms have fresh, clean linens, pillows, and blankets. Beds are comfortable and protected with anti allergy- anti bed bug mattress protector. Extra foldable bed, toddler bed cot, etc. are available upon request.

We have a full kitchen with a lot of counter and storage space. It is equipped with all your cooking, baking and dining needs. The place comes with a complete array of appliances— washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, smart thermostat ac/heating, smart tv and wi-fi printer, electric bbq grill. We are proud to be an environmentally friendly home (solar panels, water-saving shower heads, high efficiency appliance)

We are kid-friendly too! We are happy to provide highchairs, bassinet/pack and play, toys, books, kids plates, bowls, kids glasses/utensils.

Our home is also equipped with indoor entertainment! The family area hosts a lot of activities like playing foosball, fun board games or just hanging around the bar. A  few workout items are also accessible and are stored inside the white cabinets.

Encino is a gem in LA. The perfect blend of suburban feel and city life without the noise. Less than a mile is the Balboa sports park where an array of sports are available to take advantage. Outdoor Basketball, soccer field, baseball diamond, tennis courts, archery, croquet, kids playground, and running trails that lead to the famous Lake Balboa (fishing, aqua cycle paddle boats, picnic groves).

Great home for family summer fun!
The property was clean, the home and neighborhood were quiet and very peaceful. Close to so many good restaurants. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely add this property to our favorite list. Will for sure rent again!

First time to LA
Beautiful stay, cozy place, and fantastic first time to LA! Our host, Francesca was outstanding in communicating with us and even checked on us half way through our stay. The place was just what we needed for our family trip. Plenty of room for everyone, nice neighborhood to walk our dog (also secure backyard for him, too), and the pool is so invigorating after a long drive, only wish we had more time to play in the pool. I highly recommend this place, it checked all the boxes!

The neighborhood is really nice - safe and pleasant to take walks. The house is great, it has everything you need and is really comfortable. The only exception are the beds which we found to be old and uncomfortable. But the rest of the house, including the kitchen, were perfect. The pool and tub were so nice and we enjoyed ourselves. The owners were very responsive and even came to help us set up the projector which above and beyond.

Perfect getaway
This is a fantastic property for your Los Angeles area adventures. The property is on a quiet cul de sac, but close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house is exactly as described. It's very clean and spacious -- plenty of room to relax and lounge around. The gem of this rental is the backyard pool area which is large and secluded for privacy. The pool itself is quite large, has a jacuzzi, and is optionally heated for your comfort. We had a great time visiting the Santa Monica pier, Hollywood area, universal studios, etc using this as our home base. Communication with Francesca was always prompt, friendly, and professional. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Perfect home for a family
Great home in a great location. Well- stocked kitchen, clean home. Nice outdoor living space. Some of the beds are a little older/ sink in, but it didn't bother us. Had a great time.
