Our spacious and charming, much loved family home has been designed to make the most of its stunning location, beautiful light and mesmerising views of the Soller valley.
Lovingly restored in keeping with its natural environment, it has endless character with many of the original features kept in situ.
From the impressive entrada and the open central stairwell, to the brightly lit interlinking rooms, we have worked hard to ensure every space is unique, homely and bright.
Spanning a total of 464m2 and spread across three floors with ample communal areas and cosy spots for reading, relaxing or just taking time out, we are certain you will fall in love with your home away from home.
Whether it’s enjoying the bright, sprawling, open plan rooms and garden, or using the first class central location as your base to explore Soller’s beautiful surroundings, we know you won’t want to leave at the end of your stay.
Garden and Pool
Steps leading down from the upstairs sun terrace take you to the garden, saltwater pool and outside dining area. Set within old stone walls, the ‘secret garden’ feel of your private, tranquil garden makes it hard to believe you are right in the centre of town. The space has been designed to make the most of garden, pool, terrace and dining with a 10 seater dining table, covered snug area, Argentinian bbq grill, herb garden and raised pool and terraced deck. Surrounded by lemon, olive, lime and kumquat trees, you may well lose track of time as you while away the hours under the majestic mountain view. An adjacent utility room comprises of a washing area with traditional twin tub sinks, washing machine, and guest toilet.
Inside the House
The first floor of the house incorporates the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas, all interconnected around a central stairwell.
The modern, social kitchen with a large, central island is designed to be an open, social and communal space, leading into a 12 seater dining area with both north and south facing views of the valley.
The kitchen opens up on to the upstairs sun terrace through floor to ceiling bi-folding glass iron doors, with an outside seating area which boasts a picture perfect panoramic view of the valley and the Traumantana mountain range.
The large front room hosts a quiet, sunny, reading area set within the properties original bay window designed as an 'overhang' with dual aspect views of the quiet, tree-lined street from either side. The front room also contains a work desk and library area. Both the front room and kitchen have high powered ceiling fans.
The family/tv room is also on the first floor with access onto the upstairs sun terrace, comprises of two comfortable sofas, television with DVD player and access to digital channels and apps, and a large, fully extendable window to capture the sunrise over the mountains - making it the perfect room to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the views.
On this floor you will also find a guest bathroom with toilet and rain shower.
Joining the first floor to the second floor is the property's central stairwell with it's original stained glass sky light casting beautiful light through the core of the house throughout the day.
The Bedrooms
All bedrooms are situated on the second floor and have original exposed beams and high ceilings giving a light, airy and lofty feel to each. All bedrooms have air conditioning systems.
Bedroom 1
On the second floor, the attractive master bedroom with exposed beams and double windows incorporates the same breathtaking views of the valley, and includes a comfortable super king bed with new mattress and ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, toilet and rain shower.
Bedroom 2
The equally attractive second bedroom incorporates original beams and an arched stone window set within traditional Mallorcan columns. The kingsize double bed can be made up as two singles if preferred.
Bedroom 3
Adjacent to Bedroom 2, the children’s bedroom, includes a bunkbed, comfortable single bed and sofa/reading area.
The second floor bathroom consists of bath and shower facilities.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Cot and high chair available on request. All book and DVDs are available for your use during your stay in the house. Sonos music system is available for use.
The house has a five star location positioned just a few steps away from Soller’s tree lined central plaza comprising of the town hall, church, bustling cafes, bars and restaurants.
Calle Luna, the town’s busy main shopping street is right on your doorstep, with a wide selection of individual shops, cafes and restaurants to browse at your lesiure.
Cycling and hiking are two of the most popular outdoor activities in the area, with two bike hire shops on Calle Luna which also offer guided hikes, walking and cycling maps, and good knowledge on the local walking and cycling routes.
Nestled in the foothills of the UNESCO world heritage Tramuntana Mountain range, the Soller Valley famous for its oranges, lemons and centuries old olive trees, is also home to the picturesque villages of Fornaltux and Biniraix, which are both easy to reach by a leisurely walk or cycle ride.
The village of Soller is just a short drive, taxi or tram ride from the beautiful Port de Soller with a pedestrianised promenade flanked with restaurants, bars and pretty shops, golden sand and turquoise water perfect for swimming.

The final price does not include the island’s “Eco-Tax" , between 0.50€ and 2€ per day per adult over 16 years old. Price dependent on length of stay and time of year. This tax must be paid upon arrival at the property.
