Island Vibe 1: Close to Beach with Private Heated Pool

Welcome to Island Vibe 1, a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with private, heated pool and lots of lush tropical landscaping!

Located in Holmes Beach, this lovely property is convenient to the beach and in a very quiet Holmes Beach residential neighborhood. It has one shared wall with the unit next door. From here, it's just a short walk to the many shops and restaurants of downtown Holmes Beach, as well as the Island’s only dog park.

This beautiful property will sleep 6 people with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds. Plus, there is a pullout couch in the living room! You can park up to 3 cars here: 1 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway.

In the backyard, you'll find a large open deck and a covered, shaded area overlooking the pool. You can even enjoy drinks at the swim-up tiki table in the pool! We've added solar string lights on the upper and lower patio for enjoying the outdoors during those great Florida evenings.

You'll never miss a moment of your favorite sporting event! We have a 55" television in the living room with a DVD player, a 49" television in the master bedroom, a 49" television in the second bedroom, a 49" television in the third bedroom, AND even a 42" television on the outdoor, covered patio!

Convenience for our guests is a priority for us! All of the TVs are smart TVs and have streaming television with the Spectrum App. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable television and free domestic long distance calling are all included! Additionally, if you're traveling with little ones or pets, we gladly provide an array of convenient items upon request. We have high-chairs, pack 'n plays, baby gates, fans, and dog crates so you can pack less and enjoy a worry-free family getaway. Just let us know what you need in advance so we can make sure it is ready for you at the property upon your arrival.

There is plenty of opportunity for fun and games at Island Vibe 1. Inside the garage is a ping pong table, a beach cart, beach toys and lots of beach equipment. Additionally, there is a propane grill and outdoor propane fire pit.

We are pet-friendly! Two pets are permitted with prior approval, signed Pet Addendum, and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.

We treat for mosquitos from May through August.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains, the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.

Island Vibe 1 is located in a 7-night minimum rental zone.

Spring break 2025

Great spring break vacation with adult children and grandson. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The heated pool and outdoor space was very comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotless and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was in touch and very pleasant. My grandson enjoyed the beach toys and we had fun in the pool. We had plenty of parking space and the seven minute walk to the beach was easy to navigate. We made good use of the dog park down the street and we were able to dock our boat at the marina a short distance from the house. This is a great central location if you like to walk or bike ride to the beach, go shopping ,or take the boat out fishing. We really enjoyed our vacation at island vibe 1.

Property manager and owner very accommodating and responsive. The property was very clean and well stocked. They had beach toys and towels and wagon to take on short walk to the beach. The heated pool was a huge hit for all of us!! The property is very close to many restaurants, grocery stores and beach! We will book again!

Wonderful stay!

We had such an amazing stay at Island Vibes 1! Sarah was the ultimate host, and the house was perfect! We had everything we needed for the week - beach towels, beach toys, a wagon, cooler, beach canopy and umbrellas, as well as a high chair and pack and play for my granddaughter. The entire family enjoyed the pool and Tiki bar, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house was nicely decorated and had the perfect beach feel with comfortable beds and a fantastic outdoor area surrounding the pool, perfect to come back to after a day at the beach! We really just loved our stay and will be back!

The Perfect Property

All the reviews are correct. This is the perfect property. It was all we needed for our family of 4. The house came fully stocked with all the beach items you need including chairs, floats, 10' x 10' canopy for shade, coolers and a beach wagon to take it all to the beach which was a short 5 minute walk. Central to restaurants in both directions. Publix was a short drive as well. It is a duplex located in a neighborhood but noise from others was minimal. Next door neighbor is super friendly providing some insight on restaurants etc. We will rent again from Island Vibe Properties for sure!!

Best VRBO yet

Honestly the place is even better than the pictures and description somehow. The covered outdoor area is huge and cool. The pool is spectacular. They had all the little things that we pull our hair out that we have to buy at other vrbos. Coffee filters, dishwasher soap, beach towels, coolers, pool floats, wagons…. Truly an awesome place a close walk to the beach.

Fun and Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing trip at Anna Maria and Island Vibes 1. The house was perfect in size for our family of 5. The patio and pool area was used most of the trip and it was so nice to come back to the pool after spending some time on the beach. The beach was only a few blocks away and everything you needed was provided in the garage. Would definitely recommend Island Vibes!

A great place to call home for the week.

We just returned home from a week at Island Vibe 1. What a great setup they have. We started most days, and ended most days in the saltwater pool. We had loads of pool toys at our disposal, and boy did my girls enjoy them. For the beach, we took advantage of the utility of wagon to carry our stuff to the beach. We were thankful to have a large collapsible canopy to use, along with beach toys. I didn’t realize how nice it was going to be to have beach towels there for us to use. As you can imagine, sand gets everywhere. We utilized the washer and dryer daily! So every morning, we had fresh towels. The pool area in general is so wonderful. Many chairs to choose from, a tv for music, a grill and gas fire pit, and OUTDOOR SHOWER! That shower was super handy for cleaning off after the beach. We booked pretty last minute, and hesitated to be approximately 5 blocks from the beach. This place is worth it. The amenities are plentiful!

Exceeded our expectation

This property was even better than described and perfect for our group. The beds, couches, outdoor furniture were all very comfortable. There was everything we needed to go to the beach for the day, including chairs and towels. The backyard felt like a private oasis. The pool was beautiful and perfect for a break from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal at home. If we come back to AMI we will stay here again without question. This property is truly wonderful all around!

We loved our stay! We felt comfortable here and they provided us with a bunch of baby gear that made our traveling easier! We loved that the pool had a shallow area which was perfect for our one year old to hang out on (with us of course). The hang out area by the pool was so nice! We loved that it was in the middle of the island so it was close to some restaurants but also a nice short trip to both sides of the island! We would definitely stay here again!

AMI 2023 w/ Hurricane Idalia

Sara is the absolute best. Her homes are decorated so lovely and stocked with all essentials. I am late posting, but we stayed in Island Vibe I the last week of August into Labor Day weekend. By Monday I was engaged ❤️ and by Tuesday we couldnt hide the elephant in the room any longer ... Hurricane Idalia was on her way. We prayed that Idalia would spare AMI and she did. We never even lost power. Wednesday and Thursday were clean-up days, but by Thursday afternoon we were shelling on the beach. We love AMI and we love Sara.

Home away from home

First let me tell you that this property is worth every penny. The home was very well kept and beautifully decorated. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the decor was beyond cute. We cooked in every night and there was just about any dish or pan you would need. The fridge is filtered so you don’t have to buy bottled water or get ice every day. Sara, the host is super responsive and caters to your every need. The garage is well equipped for the beach complete with a wagon and 2 bikes to ride to the beach. Even a beer fridge in the garage. The pool was heated and had the best little tiki hut to escape the sun when needed. There is TV out on the patio to listen to music and while swimming, a very nice grill and tons of beach towels available. I was a bit worried about the pool given that we have a toddler but once I realized that living space was on another level from the pool that worry faded. We have a service dog who we believe enjoyed the vacation even more than we did. We can NOT wait to return back to this property. It was our best vacation in Anna Maria to date and we have been coming for 8 years. Thank you Sara for letting us rent. It was home away from home. ❤️

Perfect family vacation

This house was perfect for my family of five! We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor hang out spaces! It was about a five block walk to the beach but it was very doable with the wagon and chairs and anything we might need or want on the beach provided. Sara was very communicative and the beds were all comfortable. Awesome stay! Thank you!

Great Place!

Everyone loved the beach house!

Sara was a great and responsive host to questions both before and during our stay. This property was set up very nicely and comfortably had sleeping areas for 4 adults, and a kids room set up for our 1 and 3 year old. Having access to beach towels, umbrellas, and kids high chair meant we didn't have to pack quite as much. Access to the private beach area worked well, and the back porch with the grill, outdoor dining table, seating area, and the heated pool are the highlights of the stay. Would definitely come back!

Sara's place was absolutely perfect for our family. Right around the corner from the beach, a beautiful pool and great outdoor spaces to hang out during those summer afternoon rains. We LOVED the area and can't wait to come back!

What makes this property unique

This is a great property near the downtown area of Holmes Beach which means there are about a dozen restaurants just a short walk away. And they included breakfast and lunch sandwich shops, seafood, pub food, pizza, Mexican food and more formal dining. Many of these restaurants have both indoor and outdoor dining. If you are looking for something else, Pine Avenue in the City of Anna Maria and Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach are only a short trolley ride away. And the beach is about a five block walk from the house, so you can enjoy the sunsets every day!
